As Izuku writes down some notes on his latest experiment, this one being a non-quirk based strength enhancer that pushes even the weakest of people to superhuman levels of strength, though he has not yet managed to make it work, Himiko enters the room.
"Midoriya-san? Do you mind if I ask a favor of you?" She asks, uncharacteristically uncertain about whatever it is she's going to ask him to do.
"Depends on what it is." Izuku responds, finishing his notes and closing his notebook before turning to her.
"I want you to check on my little sister." Himiko says, her confidence returning. "My parents always treated her better than me, but I love her all the same. I'd do it myself, but..."
Izuku sighs. "But I have forbidden you from leaving until I finally find a way to disconnect your mental health from blood consumption, and even if I hadn't you wouldn't feel comfortable going there with all the bad memories you have of the place." He says, finishing her statement for her, eliciting a nod from her. Izuku sighs once again. "Fine, I'll do it. You're lucky I have a soft spot for kids."
Immediately, Himiko leaps forward to hug him, mumbling her thanks into his chest, causing him to sigh for a third time.

Izuku narrows his eyes as he watches Himiko's parents, who he recognized from her description of them, enter their house after arriving home. The issue is, they're alone. Kazumi, Himiko's sister who she had also described to him, isn't there.
He waits for them to go to bed before flooding the house with an invisible, odorless sleeping gas. The very same sleeping gas that he uses to render people unconscious when he delivers his products to buyers. He then invades the home, searching around for any evidence of a little girl living there, and finding none. He doesn't even find any photos, of Kazumi OR Himiko, enraging him. Himiko's only 15, and her sister is 5 years younger than her. If she's not here, then her parents either abandoned her or worse, and Izuku doesn't want to think about what worse would be. Best case scenario, someone called the CGC and she got taken away.
Izuku slips into the house's master bedroom and doses Himiko's parents with the antidote to the sleeping gas, making sure to disperse all sleeping gas from the room's air before doing to.
"Where is your daughter!?" Izuku growls as soon as they wake up, using a voice changer installed in the gas mask he's wearing to avoid the sleeping gas to make his voice sound demonic and intimidating. He's also wearing glasses that release a red glow in order to make himself appear even more intimidating as he hides in the shadows of the room.
Himiko's parents stare at his silhouette in shock and terror for several seconds before her father manages to speak up.
"W-we don't have a daughter!" He shouts desperately.
"LIAR!!" Izuku roars. "YOU HAVE 2 DAUGHTERS! YOU ABUSED THE ELDER AND KICKED HER OUT! WHERE IS THE YOUNGER!?"
Himiko's mother faints from the fear, but her father remains conscious and respond. "K-kazumi?" He asks uncertainly. "After the freak left she started acting out, so we kicked her out too after she refused to respond to discipline."
Further enraged by his admission, Izuku lunges from the shadows and renders him unconscious with a blow to his head. Then he leaves the home to scour the city in search of Kazumi.

By the next morning, the only part of the house that remained intact and unburnt would be the countertop, upon which was carved the words "a warning to those who would abuse or abandon their children."
Neither of the inhabitants survived the fire. Miraculously, not a single house caught fire aside from the one where it started.

Izuku enters his lab, an unhappy expression on his face, causing Himiko, who was waiting anxiously inside, to begin to worry.
"Midoriya-san? Is something wrong?" She asks, scared of what could cause him to be unhappy as he is now.
"I have good news, and I have bad news." Izuku says. "The bad news is that your parents kicked out your sister, too."
Himiko immediately begins to tear up. "A-and the good news?"
Izuku steps to the side, revealing a little girl who was standing behind him.

"I found her." Izuku says with a small smile.
