Katsuki frowns as he stares at the detective across the table from him. Honestly, he always wished that he would never be in a situation like this, but it was unavoidable this time.

"Katsuki Bakugou, 16, first year UA heroics student, Quirk: explosion." The detective reads off the paper he's holding. "No criminal record, no negative notes from anyone who knows you, aside from your mother who calls you aggressive and short-tempered." He finishes. "Is all of this correct?"

Katsuki scoffs. "Of fucking course it is, why wouldn't it be?"

The detective sighs. "Bakugou, I am legally required to inform you that my name is Naomasa Tsukauchi, and that my quirk functions as a lie-detector via low-level mind reading. As such, I recommend that you tell me the truth, the full truth and nothing but the truth. If you tell any lies, or even lie by omission, my quirk will tell me that you have done as such." He says.

Katsuki grunts in acknowledgement. "Yeah, yeah, I get it. Can we get on with this 'interrogation'?"

Naomasa sighs. "Tell me everything that you know about Dr. Deku, the scientist/S-rank villain who fought All Might at the USJ."

Katsuki shrugs. "There really isn't much to say. The fucker's a genius in every possible way. Give him any research subject you can think of, and he'll have a phd-level research paper on it ready by the end of the week. It wouldn't be an exaggeration for me to call him the smartest person in history. He is the smartest, he has always been the smartest, and he always will be the smartest."

Naomasa blinks. "So, he has a super-intelligence quirk?"

"Nah, the fucker's quirkless. Or, at least he was. Now he's got whatever that regeneration bullshit that he used to grow his arm back after Bitch Money cut it off is." Katsuki says, leaning back in his chair.

Naomasa blinks, mentally filing that away for later. "I am not permitted to tell you what it was, but I can tell you that his regeneration has nothing to do with any quirks."

Katsuki raises an eyebrow. "The fuck is it, then? How else do you grow back a fucking arm!?"

Naomasa sighs. "Again, I am not permitted to discus that with you." He repeats. "Now then, back to Dr. Deku, your classmates and teacher testified that you claimed to have given him the name 'Deku' to begin with, indicating that you are, or were, well acquainted with him. Explain."

Katsuki sighs. "Well acquainted is an understatement. We've known each other since we were babies." He begins. "Our moms were best friends since elementary school, so when we were born we met each other right out of the womb. When my quirk came in, I got it into my head that I was the strongest, the best. That I couldn't lose, especially not to a 'quirkless loser' like Deku.

When we were 5, I was picking on another kid, one who's quirk did nothing but allow him to change the color of his eyes at will, when Deku stepped into my way and told me to stop. I, of course, didn't listen, and instead tried to beat him up for the perceived insult of thinking he could tell me what to do. The problem is, even then he was smarter than some adults, and he already had plans upon plans to beat me in a fight if need be. Needless to say, I got my ass kicked, and realized that Deku is smarter than I could possibly imagine. It was that day that I learned to respect him, and it was that day that Deku ceased to mean useless, and instead changed to be what it has been ever since, a shortened form of Dekiru, because Deku can do anything that he puts his mind to.

As we grew up, his intelligence only grew. But, problems arose 5 years ago when his mom, Inko Midoriya, got caught up in a villain attack and took a really bad hit to her head, trapping her in a coma. 3 years after that, he was visiting her in the hospital when a fairly strong villain started wreaking havoc, and Endeavor showed up to bring him down. Their fight did major structural damage to the hospital, causing it to collapse. Auntie Inko died when a piece of rubble crushed her into paste, and Izuku completely disappeared, the only evidence of him ever being there being the digital records, and some of his blood and bits of his spine left behind in the rubble, leading everyone to believe that he had died. Evidently, his already waning mental health went into a free fall when Auntie Inko died, leading him to become Dr. Deku while hiding underground. If I had to guess, considering that he was willing to try and kill All Might of all people, he's planning to eventually kill Endeavor as revenge for his mom."

"Well, this is concerning." Nezu says as he finishes reading out Naomasa's report on Katsuki's interrogation.

Toshinori groans into his hands, already regretting allowing Dr. Deku to escape. Not that he had intended to, but he hadn't been able to prevent it.

"A quirkless super-genius with a possible vendetta against Endeavor, who has been selling a revolutionary healing drug in the underground for the past year, and is now working for All For One." Mirai says. "Yes, concerning is the least it could be."

Suddenly, his phone vibrates, causing him to check it, before slamming his head into the table.

Nezu raises an eyebrow, before looking at Mirai's phone. "Well, that's certainly not good for us."

"Are you certain this will work?" All For One questions, holding the syringe in his hand and eyeing it in suspicion, with the sole eye he had managed to regrow after taking so many doses of Regen Serum.

"About 60% sure, yeah." Izuku says. "And even if it doesn't, you will have a new quirk to play with. In the absolute worst case scenario, nothing changes and we just continue what we were doing originally."

Garaki scoffs. "Oh please, as if this so-called 'Elixir Of Immortality' could possibly heal him. We should turn you into a nomu for even suggesting such a thing."

Izuku raises an eyebrow. "Do you really think that I'm actually here?" He asks. "I am all too aware of your hatred for and distrust of me. The body I'm using for this meeting is nothing more than a remote-controlled puppet that I recently finished developing. Kill it if you want, the only person who knows where my lab is, is me. Even the lab that Kurogiri warped me to and from is nothing more than a throw-away building that I can abandon at a moment's notice." He explains. "Do not presume yourself capable of disposing of me should I not want you to."

All For One chuckles. "Calm down, you two, there will be no killing or disposing of each other today." He says, before injecting himself with the elixir, and immediately his head begins to glow.
