Mallika's POV :

I don't know why but when he said that he got separated from his bestfriend, I felt like we are sailing in the same ship. His conditions are just like mine but opposite.

So, not to make him feel low I told him to consider me as her only. And as expected, he got happy and in that happiness he suddenly hugged me making me shocked.

After total 52 seconds of completing his hugging session he got some senses and backed off from me.

"Uh-h.. I a-am sorry.." he said awkwardly scratching his neck.

"It's okay..!!" I said with a slight smile.

Did I do something wrong? Why did his eyes went big ??

"Did you just.........smiled ??" he said and smiled like an idiot afterwards. This guy. "I made you smile...hurray..!!"

"Now, you should get used to it Mr. Bestfriend ." I told him. Then bell rang and I picked my belongings and was going out when I realised Sumedh is not with me.

I looked back at him and found him still sitting on his place like a statue.
Did I said something wrong ??

Mallika's POV end

Sumedh's POV :

"Now, you should get used to it Mr. Bestfriend ." She said.

Wh-at ? Mr. Bestfriend ? Did she really just addressed me as her bestfriend. Yes Sumedh she really said that. Your plan accomplished Sumedh. Now I just have to realise her that she is my chi---

"Hello Mr. Bestie....you there ?? Down to earth." she said.
"Yeah..I am here only."
"Then don't you wanna go out ?"
"For what ?"
She glared at me. Wait why is she standing. Isn't our class going on rig--.
What ? Where are everyone ? Where did they went.
Only me and Mallika are left in the class.

Suddenly she gasped.
"Don't tell me you didn't heard the bell ring." What ? Really the bell rang ? Why didn't I heard?

"N-no I didn't."

"I thought that you just don't have a brain but you proved that you don't have an ear too."

"You said something ?"
"Yes I did. I said don't you wanna come for lunch now ?"

She said that no no no , she shouted that near my ear.

"Ouch..my ear hurts. I won't leave you now."

"When did you held me that you won't leave ?"

"Now I will hold you."

Sumedh's POV end

Saying that sumedh took his books and started chasing Mallika. They both ran and reached the cafeteria of the university where others were waiting for them.

First Mallika entered the cafe and went towards others and started panting.

"Calm down Miku. Are you coming directly from the marathon ?" Basant said and Siddharth patted her back.

"Yes.." Mallika said sarcastically.

"But are you running alone ?"

"No the other one is coming behind me."

Then they saw Sumedh entering the cafe. They called him.

"I must say you are a good runner." Sumedh complemented Mallika.

"You don't have to say I know that already."

"Now please don't start fighting here." Monica said.

"We aren't fighting, even we are bestfriend now." Sumedh said but no one said anything because they thought he is just joking.

Mallika noticed that and said, " He us right."

When Mallika said that all of them stopped in the middle of whatever they were doing. But Basant, he was drinking water and because of this shocking news he spitted all the water from his mouth on Kinshuk.

"Eww... Basu what you did ?" Kinshuk said making an ugly face.

"Is this true Miku ?" Siddharth asked.
