          A scream echoed through out the surroundings that is full of angst, anger, and unwillingness in the darkness.

Angst because the world have gone mad and punished the people living in it wether they are innocent or not just because of the arrogance of the humanity.

Anger because of virtues reaped betrayal instead of kindness which revealed the primal selfishness of humanity.

Unwillingness because of wanting to live and survive in this pandemonium world where you could die at any given moments of your each turn and steps you take.

Yan ang nararamdaman ngayon ni Vanessa habang inaanod sya ng baha matapos syang itulak ng kanyang tinulongan na babae sa kapahamakan.

All she can think of is to find a way to survive this flood as she tried to look around in this dark eerie night.

Although she is unwilling to die she is starting to loss strength as she is getting tired fighting against the flow of the flood and staying afloat just not to get drowned.

Vanessa panicked and frantically look around her but there is nothing she could see that could help her.

"God damn it!" She cried in hopelessness because all she could see is despair and death for her.

*Walang utang na loob!* galit na sabi nya sa sarili as she thought of the woman she helped but got betrayed in return.

Dahil sa pagod at kawalan ng pag-asa ay unting-unti na rin syang nalulunod at nawawalan ng malay.

At her last moment of consciousness, Vanessa felt she bumped into something that made her gamble her life and death on it.

She does not know what it is, pero agaw buhay nya ito hinawakan hanggang sa makagapang sya rito bago mawalan ng malay.

And all she could think of is why is this happening to her!

Di nya maintindihan kong bakit ito nangyayari sa mundo. Di hamak na isa lamang syang ordinaryong tao sa isang ordinaryong pamilya.

All she knows is that she is about to graduate next year in medicine but pandemic happened and because of it she tried to learn dietary health food and a little bit of agriculture planting online for her family's daily life. And she enjoyed it because she is doing it together with her little brother and occasionally their parents.

Sa kasamaang palad ay tinamaan ng covid virus ang kapatid nya kaya na-quarantine ito sa hospital. Fortunately Doctor ang mga magulang nila kaya di gaano natakot ang kapatid nito na maquarantine and she, as a medical student, volunteered in the hospital with the help of her parents.

Kaya kahit papaano ay napupuntahan din nya ang kanyang kapatid.

She and her parents only prayed na gumaling na ang kapatid nyang si Josh.

Di rin nila inintindi ang palagiang tag-ulan dahil ordinaryo lang itong mangyari sa Pilipinas lalo na at laging may typhoon na dumarating sa isang buong taon.

Di rin inintindi ang mga naiuulat sa news na mga natural disaster dahil sa climate change at global warming, because that's an old news at gumagawa na rin ng paraan ang gobyerno ng bawat bansa sa mundo para maisalba ang kalikasan to stop global warming.

Some people even joked around and said  the world is about to end because of the disasters that is happening in each country.

Some even joked that apocalypse is about to come and there will be zombies will roam around the streets if the citizens of each country don't want to be vaccinated because of their fear of the ill intentioned rumors spreading at the time of pandemic.
