You've always loved books. Anytime you got free time, you were reading or book shopping.

You were sitting in the back of the book store. You basically claimed the back for yourself. No one ever went back there. The librarian would always come and check on you.

You were a little short on money this week so you couldn't afford to buy as nearly many books as you usually do.

You walk to the front with your group of books and place them on the counter choosing which books you should buy and which ones you should put back.

"I'll just take these two this week. It's all I can afford this week." The librarian smiles at you and she scans the books. You hand her your library card and your debit card.

"Oh honey, you're five dollars short this week. Even if I use your points."

You frown sadly and look at the two books. They are books you've been wanting to read for a long time, so you tap your fingers on the counter.

"Okay, I'll just take when heaven ends." You smile softly. She hands you everything and you walk out of the library. Some girl sees you walk out and she goes to the check out.

"How many books did she get this time?" The curly headed girl says to the library while you walk to the front. "She usually gets six to eight, but she could only afford one book this week. It's sucks, she's such a sweet girl."

The girl buys all of the books and races out of the library to follow you. "Excuse me, miss!" She stops running after she gets behind you, and you stop walking. You turn around and see the girl out of breath. "Oh hello, can I help you?"

"Uh, I bought all of your books from off the counter in the library. She said you always buy books, but I didn't see you walk out with any." You laugh as a response.

"I only bought one book, cus it's the only thing I could afford." You take the bag out of her hand. "I'm y/n, by the way. What's yours?"

"Oh I'm Zendaya, I was just there for an autograph reading." You nod soft as a response.

"Well, I apologize for not getting an autograph, I'm very busy with money." You laugh, "but thank you for the books. You really didn't have to do that. I could've bought the books next week."

"She said you seemed so sad about not being able to get books. It's happened to me before, I wanted to pass it on."

"Well thank you ze, I really appreciate it." You give her a side hug. "Unfortunately, I have to go home, but maybe we can hang out soon. I live in cherry hill ranch. It's only a 15 minute drive from here. Maybe we can meet up."

The curly headed girl smiled and nodded in agreement, "that sounds really nice."
