Joe, "Melissa, I know you hear me?" Melissa responds with her back still turned "What Joseph?" Joe, "Look at me." Melissa refuses. Joe grits his teeth, "NOW!" Melissa turns to Joe, "I just want to go on vacation." Joe, "I ran into your lawyer Gina Rogers." Melissa, "So." Joe, "And she was on the phone with you and you were talking to her about vacation and separation. Separation from what?" Melissa, "My previous lawyer can't represent here but I needed a legal document to part ways and for my files to he transfer here giving Rogers permission to view the files." Joe, "And?" Melissa, "Its simply for business as of now Joe." Joe, "As for now?" Melissa, "Joe, just please let this go. I'm going on vacation and when I return we can discuss." Joe, "We're fine." Melissa, "No. Every single time this street comes up and when I think about my life and my kids I know it's something I have to do for them, for me, for us." Joe, "So what are you saying right now? We fought damn hard to get to this point and because a fire sparks, it's so easy for you to evacuate." Melissa, "Joe, I want this process to go as smooth as possible if that happens." Joe, "Go on your little vacation but when you get back just know a separation won't go forth." Melissa, "Sign--- Joe, "I ain't signing shit." Melissa, "Fine." Melissa started packing her bags for the vacation. Before Melissa could leave out Joe stops her at the door. Joe, "I love you but you need to decide do you want to be with or without me. I'm not going to be perfect just like you aren't but I'm trying. And I don't scorn you for everything you don't do right but I'm always loving all you do and I know at night I don't want to hold anybody but you. But if that's not good enough for you then you should go. Go on this vacation, make a decision and we'll go from there when you get back." He kisses the side of her head and walked away. Melissa was on the verge of tears because she feel like she's boiled over with emotions and don't know why she's allows or forces this cycle.

Peyton walks up to her father as he had his head in his hands sitting on the edge of the bed. Peyton, "Dada?" Joe, "Yeah baby girl." Peyton, "What's wrong?" Joe, "Nothing. Dad's just stressed a little." Peyton kisses his head, "Feel better?" Joe, "Little. Thanks. What are we going to do?" Peyton throws her hands up, "PAAARRRTTTTYYY!!!!" Joe laughs and picks up his daughter, "You know what Peyton? Good idea. Let's plan this party and go pick up some party stuff." Peyton, "Yes!" Joe, "You're everything you know that?" Peyton, "You're my everything too." Hugs her dad. Joe, "You mean that?" Peyton, "Yes! Let's parrrrrtttyyy!" Peyton and Joe starts planning their party as Peyton sat on the counter eating massive sweets that Joe allowed her to get into.
