Gina, "I think that you're both just hurt. And I believe that instead of you both being vulnerable, you choose violence. There's a way that you both can learn how to express yourselves without the violence and separation."
Joe, "I've been trying. I've loved that woman with everything in me. I given her the world. She's been my world, her and my babies. I made some mistakes as a husband, partner and father. To be honest it broke my heart about Simee. But a family is only as good as its head and I'm the man, I'm the head. And I feel like Melissa always tried to challenge that, and I don't know why."
Gina, "We know we're connected to our spouse but you're still your own individual."
Joe, "I don't desire to argue and fight with Melissa. I want to shower my wife with hugs, kisses, love and attention, with gifts, babies and whatever in this world that her heart desires! Why do she taunt me?! Why do she treat me like I'm some villian?! Why is that?! She sat there on that beach chair and played victim to my cousin and his fiancé. All I ask was for us to talk! I wasn't going to do anything. She insinuated sex with the another man the night before. MY WOMAN HAS CONSEQUENCES FOR THAT IN MY HOME! SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES AND INSTEAD OF HER TAKING HER CONSEQUENCES AND BEING UNDERSTANDING, SHE CAUSED THIS HUGE BLOW UP IN OUR HOME. IN OUR FAMILY! AND WHERE THE FUCK ARE MY KIDS?!"
Gina couldn't believe how irate Joe was but to be honest, it was hot and turning her own.
Gina places her hand on his forearm, "Listen, I'm sorry about everything."
Joe, "Listen, I thank you for coming over but you're not my Liss."
Gina, "I know I'm Gina. Obviously the only one that's been helping you by allowing you to vent and clean up your living room."
Joe looked around, "Its not how Liss had it. You can leave now."
Gina steps towards Joe and decided against her not pure thoughts, turned and left.Joe called Melissa phone and it went straight to voice-mail.
Peyton places a vase of flowers in the middle of the table.
Melissa, "Peyton, those are so beautiful. Did you pick them?"
Peyton shakes her head yes with a smile, "I want these painted on my wall."
Camille, "Me too!"
Peyton folds her arms, "No copy!"
Melissa, "Both of you can. You can paint them your favorite color."
Camille, "Blue. Purple. Red."
Peyton, "That don't match!"
Camille, "My room!"
Peyton, "So what!" Sticks out her tongue. Camille does it back.
Camille, "Stupid!"
Peyton, "Bitch!"
Melissa, "PEYTON REIGNS-ANOA'I ABSOLUTELY NOT! UNACCEPTABLE! ROOM, NOW!"
Peyton, "I want my daddy!"
Melissa, "You're going to get an asswhopping just like I'm your daddy. Get to your room and don't ask another thing back. It's never okay to call people out of their name, be rude or disrespectful. Do you understand me?"
Peyton pouts, "Yes ma'am."
Melissa, "Both of you apologize. Peyton you go to your room and Camille get ready because I'm doing your hair."Thirty minutes later Melissa started doing Camille's hair after conditioning, shampooing, drying and greasing her scalp.
Melissa, "How do you want your hair?"
Camille, "Pretty."
Melissa smiles, "It will be pretty." Melissa phone rings and its Gina.
Melissa, "Hello?"
Gina, "Hi. I was wondering have you gotten the separation papers to Joe?"
Melissa, "I did."
Gina, "Great. The papers from the realtor are signed and legit. You can start picking up leads and selling homes as quick as tomorrow."
Melissa excited, "Alright. Thank you!"
Gina, "No problem."

Three days later Melissa returns Joe's call.
Joe, "Hello?"
Melissa, "Returning your call."
Joe, "Where are my kids?"
Melissa, "We're all doing fine."
Joe, "I want to see my kids."
Melissa, "Okay. We can arrange something."
Joe, "I miss you. And I know we have some things to work on."
Melissa, "Just stop. You say all the right things and we'll be good for a month or so then you start back doing this and that and I say well it wasn't that bad. It was minor. Then it happens again and I make excuses again until you full blown start getting physical. And I make excuses again. And again. And again. And again. There's only so much makeup can do. Last week the bruise was just too painful and dark where I couldn't hide it this time."
Joe, "I hate the pain that's in your voice."
Melissa, "Stop putting it there. It's that simple. You want this marriage, you fight for it. I done fought, made excuses, been the super woman. I need you to man up and become superman and then maybe we can talk. I'll meet you at the library with the kids."
Rhino barks, "Is that dad?"
Melissa, "Rhi said hi."
Joe, "Hey Rhi."
Rhino, "Man momma house is cool but she ain't got all the amenities like the big house. I got the patio laid out I ain't got no chef or assistant in this mug."
Joe, "I miss you too and will see you real soon."
