the truth comes out

The group was silent as Ariel realized what she had just said. She tries to cover it up though, by saying, "oh!! I was just kidding guys!! Ha ha..." Ariel fake laughed. The group stared watching her. Izaya who knows that she was lying, finally spoke. "umm... you realize I'm an info broker right? I could catch a lie with my eyes closed. Ariel grimsed. At that time, a nurse walked in. Oh good!! Ariel, it's nice to see you awake. You've been asleep for three days!! I was starting to get worried!!" The nurse said, not noticing the tension in the room. Ariel instantly perked up. "When am I aloud to go home!!" Ariel said, anxious to get home. She wanted out of this horrible hospital, although, she really wasn't looking forward to the talk that she was gonna have later. She knew that the group before her, knew she had something hidden, and the information that she just let out, was sure to give the group wonderment. The nurse smiled at her. One of your guardians have to fill some things out, and then you're good to go. Shizuo spoke up. I'll go do that right now. Shizuo wanted to be alone to ponder over what happened. He was pretty sure that Ariel was talking about him and Izaya. 'She was muttering mine and izaya's name in her sleep...' Shizuo thought. He was pulled out of his thoughts when he got to the front desk. THe lady gave him a stack of paperwork and a pencil. The some of the questions were simple, like how old is she, and others were like is she allergic and things like that, so he had to get shinra to help him. After about twenty minutes of paperwork, and a cramped hand later, Shizuo and Shinra went to go get Ariel. She was put in a wheelchair, and they took her home. They decided that Shizuo and Izaya were gonna take them, because somehow to Ariel, they were the more approachable type.  The ride home was silent, as everyone was in their own thoughts, but everyone had the same thought. whens the truth going to come out?? Well, that had an answer, right when the three walked into izayas apartment. Izaya and shizuo helped Ariel out of the wheel chair, and settled her on the couch. As the two sat down, Izaya spoke up. " Ariel, tell us now about what the hell you were talking about in the damn hospital." Izaya said menacingly. "Izaya! that's not how you speak to a kid!!" shizuo growled and thunked him on the forehead. "She doesn't act like a kid though..." Izaya muttered, annoyed that he got hit. "sorry Ariel. Can you PLEASE tell us what happened in the hospital??" Shizuo asks. Ariel looks at the two. Before she answers anything, she wants to know why they are acting friendly to each other, when three days ago, they were at each others throats! "why don't you tell me, why you guys are acting so friendly to each other!!" Ariel smirked and crossed her arms. It hurt her broken arm a little, but she wanted to act tough. The two men sighed, and Izaya answered to his reluctance. "Me and Shizuchan~ are dating yada yada yada, it became official at a restaurant yada yada yada, things happened. ok?" Izaya said impatient. Ariel Gasped, then giggled. She was silently relieved because now, when she reveals her secret, there won't be any problems. She took a deep breath, and explained.

Shizuo and Izaya decided to have one day of peace, so they went to the bar, because if they got drunk enough, they wouldn't be able, to remember what had happened the next day. After about an hour, the two of them got horny and you could only guess what happened. After about nine months, Izaya gave birth to a little girl named Ariel. Shizuo didn't want Ariel, but Izaya did, so they became enemies. Izaya didn't want Ariel hurt, so he put her in an adoptive center. He wanted to know where she'd be at every moment, so he became an informant to track her down. After about a year or so, Izaya completely forgot about her, but Shizuo hadn't so he went to Shinra, who knew about the kid at the time, and Shinra used a potion to completely erase any memories about the kid. At this time, Shinra and Celty still knew about the kid. They were very happy to have her back, they just had to hide this information from Izaya and shizuo so the same thing wouldn't happen again. The adoptive parents of Ariel, contacted Shinra and Celty to tell them that Ariel was going back to them, and Ariel knew to keep the secret. Ariel was to pretend to live on the streets and stalk Izaya, Shizuo, Celty, and Shinra, and when she knew enough information about all of them, she would choose a person to start talking to. She was basically following in her dad's foot steps as an info broker. The person that she chose to talk to, happened to be Shizuo, and that's where things escalated from.

As Ariel finished her story, She was almost in tears. She couldn't look at her two dads that had zero idea about her until now. Shizuo and Izaya stared at her. Izaya had mixed feelings. He was glad to have his daughter back, but he was more worried about what Shizuo would think. 'I thought men couldn't carry kids in the first place!!' Izaya thought bitterly. Shizuo sat emotionless, wondering what to say. Shizuo wondered why he didn't want a sweet Ariel. He felt bad that he threw away his daughter like trash. All her birthdays, Her going to school. Her dreams... Shizuo knew that Ariel wasn't going anywhere. He just hoped Izaya felt the same way... Izaya spoke up first. What he was about to say, was very risky to his relationship with Shizuo, and their lives would change forever, but he was ready. "Ariel, thank you so much about telling us. Me and Shizuo are..."
