Time went passed Ette as she rambled on about her day to a puppet on her hand. They were currently tidying up the place, Ette just being Ette in the background while she sat on one of the clean tables. Time insisted earlier that she didn't need to help with cleaning up.
Admittedly, Ette isn't very good at cleaning up like Ann. ..Actually, Ette is mainly good at making friends and being endearingly annoying to everybody else but Time. Time just doesn't like how Ette constantly messes up their work.
"...and Destiny disappeared again," Time heard Ette mutter to the puppet—which she named Orchid since it was pink (creativity was not her strong suit)—as they continued to sweep the floor in silence. Her "assistant" was providing as white noise in the background.
"I don't know why Ann and Time are the only ones allowed to know why Destiny disappears. I'm a Persona too! Talk about 'unfair,' right, Orchid? Anyway..."
Time hummed a small melody they heard Her sing. Too bad it was in another language, otherwise Time would've sung it instead. The deity placed down the broom against one of the tables, summoning a clean wet wipe before proceeding to clean it. This is the most peace this place has ever had in a while, she wondered with a smile. The smile slowly contorted to a frown, then they let out a sigh. Methinks that something is going to happen.
And something did happen!
"...aybe it's because they hate each other? I'm making a lot of theories, Orchid, but I don't really hear you making any–" a gasp from Ette confirmed Time's beliefs, much to her dismay. "Ann! ..And, everybody else?"
The deity internally let out a groan.
"Wow, that was early!" Ette let out a small laugh, which was followed by another one of Ann's yawns.
"They're here because they're hungry," Ann paused. "..I suppose I am, too. There any chocolate milk around here?"
Time gave a sigh and nodded with a hum, slumping down on the nearest seat in defeat. How cruel it is, that a deity can't even catch a break, even in mortal form. Ah, how merciless this universe is. No matter the being, it will never have favorites.
"Thanks." Ann gave a groan when her waist hit the sharp side of a nearby table, but was too tired to even be mad for too long. Her hands laid rested in the pockets of her shorts, one of them popping out to open a fridge from afar and guess which one was her beverage.
"Wrong fridge, Ann," Time instructed without even sparing a glance at where the other's hand was at. "You placed yours in one of the sideways refrigerators, remember..?"
"Sorry that I'd much rather sit down and nap forever," the persona tiredly snarked back, guiding and hoping that her flying hand was heading the right direction. She let out a sharp "Ow!" when it suddenly hit a wall.
"..I'll get it for you," Red awkwardly said after a moment of silence, walking up to where the sideways refrigerators were (which were far away from where Ann's hand was) and humming at the sight of at least seven of them.
"Uh..."
Ann turned her resting head to where she guessed Red was, using him as a reference to where her hand should actually be. When she saw it, she simply tapped on Red's shoulder and gave a weak chuckle when he looked behind and held a look of confusion when he saw nothing.
Alan walked into the room with a napping Sec on his back.
Yellow, who was looking around the room in awe, gasped at the sight and lightly tapped on Green and Blue's shoulders to look. Green took a while to respond since he was wearing his headphones.
