ㅤSilence reigned over the theater the moment Author was gone. Without any crickets chirping to provide at least a small amount of volume, the atmosphere quickly dissolved into a puddle of awkwardness, occasional sounds of fabric moving around.
Pop.
A phone appeared on Purple's lap. When he looked down, there was a note on it.
To Purple,
Hi! Nearly forgot to give this to you, sorry!
–Author
Purple took the phone and gave a shrug, turning it on with a smile. He glanced at the percent bar and gave an accepting "Huh" at the infinite sign.
Headphones appeared as well, another note atop.
Saw that you're a bit of a music guy. You can borrow my headphones as well! :D
–Ette
Ironically, the headphones were purple in color, aside from the bottom parts of it as well as the speakers and cushions. They were about the same shade of purple as the streak on his hair. For some reason, the rest of it—as in, his hair—was a dark brown. Purple didn't really have much room to complain though; he had to admit, he looked pretty good with brown hair. He supposed that the purple streak was to help everybody else know who he is. His clothes didn't really have color, just black and white, aside from his redesigned elytra.
"Ette?" came Alan's voice, calling out to the person in question. A muffled hum answered his call. "Where are you going?"
"Back to the break dimension..?" Ette responded, a tad bit confused. "Why?"
Somewhere, Alan motioned to himself, giving her a look of sheer confusion. Ette looked at him, up and down, standing in front of a door with a brow raised.
After a while, Alan sighed. "I'm still here."
"..Oh," Ette shortly replied.
...
"..OH!"
Alan deadpanned.
"Sorry!" She gave a nervous laugh, closing the door once again.
Back in the theater, the students of Monster School were now bickering and talking amongst themselves, not even trying to keep their voices down. Herobrine, for once, didn't seem to hate the noise; silence is not a calming memory for him. Everybody else gradually followed suite and began talking, one by one—the only ones who weren't were Purple, Cho, Dark, and King Mango.
A pop was heard and Alan reappeared.
Unfortunately, Dark saw him.
"YOU!"
"Stay in your seat!" Ette instructed. Right as that was said, the color gang immediately circled around Alan, glaring at The Dark Lord despite how obviously afraid they were of them. The obvious fear didn't make him falter.
