8. sudden urges

Aaron didn't waste his time when he saw that Ein was finally alone

Aaron thinks that it's time for him to explain himself and end this avoidance

He enters the balcony to see Ein yawning with his ears and tail out when Aaron called Ein's name He froze and turns around now hiding both tail and ears

Aaron didn't mind as he was holding two small bottles of alcohol with him

"Hey... Uhm am I allowed here?" He asks Ein nods but didn't say anything

The first few moments were a bit awkward as it was silent but Aaron gave him the bottle

Ein accepted it and still didn't talk, Aaron swallowed his guilt and finally spoke "hey... look I know what I did was wrong, my curiosity got the best of me, so I'm not going to do it again I'm sorry..." Ein took a glance at him and sighs

"It's not your fault sorry for lashing out at you, I overreacted," He said rubbing his own neck "look, that picture that you saw... Was from a long time ago when I went to college, I think we didn't introduce you to kai, so I'm just going to explain it to you"

Ein took a deep breath "Kai and I... We're friends just friends, but we found each other when he accidentally ran through me when he was in a hurry" He says with a smile

"He accidentally spilled his coffee on me, he apologize for it and landed me his Jacket to cover up my stain since he doesn't have anything left on, funny thoughts though his Jacket never really did... Fit me his size is small and I'm taller and bigger than him"

Aaron listens closely, as he stood up and settled in Beside Ein

"But I never really got angry at him since he was in a hurry, and... That's also the day where I finally thought I escaped Michael since I didn't wanna get involved with him and I seriously needed a new start..." Ein noticed that Instead of talking about Kai he was talking about his past

So he stops and takes a moment before finally continuing "he and I were close, well... close he used to take pictures of me and him whenever we hang out because since I and him became roommates there's nothing I can do to avoid him"

"I was confused as to why he kept on being nice to me when all I did is try and avoid him before, but I grew on him, time passes by and, things got messy"

A voice behind Ein's head spoke, reminding him of what Kai told him before the storm

"I didn't care about what you are from the past, all I care about is who or what you've become now, I don't mind listening about your past if it's bad and you changed for the better then I'll still stay with you, Ein I love you just the way you are"

Ein was scared, he was scared to form a relationship with Kai once he found out about Kai's true feelings for him Ein was the same but he was scared to mess things up

Ein's eyes became teary Aaron noticed, and rubs the back of Ein's head to try and comfort him

"Kai died, Kai died because of me..." He sobs and whips his tears "I couldn't save him... He died because they found me. After all, I broke one rule..." Hiccups can be heard from him

His voice cracks from trying to speak but he couldn't take out a word he couldn't speak sobs are the only noise he could make

Aaron sighs he takes Ein's bottle and his putting it at the side then he hugs him gently "I understand Thanks for explaining, and I'm sorry for bringing this up..."

They both stood there silently for minutes, Aaron letting Ein take it all out, after that they both started drinking again this time

Just talk about normal things not until the alcohol was starting to affect the two of them, Aaron then asks if Ein has any interest in relationships

"girls... Aren't my zone, I go a different way, since the time I was born haha...oh" Ein realized what he said and then jugs his bottle till it's empty while Aaron was flabbergasted

"Your... Not into girls?" Ein was not facing him anymore he was looking at the other side too embarrassed to talk He knew that Lucinda and Mellisa are dating but he hid his sexuality so as not to scare Aaron away

"Huh... I should have known I guess I was right?" Aaron chuckled Ein turns to look at him confused

"What?... "  Aaron then laughs "as much as I hate to admit it, I remembered something from my past, my high school self already thought you were gay at first"

"But then dropped the subject when you started going after Aphmau, it's funny since I've always had this vibe around people, I think it's called gaydar? Just like what Val's Friend said before" Aaron couldn't help but chuckle the whole time

The two calmed down from the subject and started talking about something else

Aaron was already dizzy since he already drank too much alcohol when he was inside the room earlier Aaron jugged down his last  bottle

Now empty Aaron felt a sudden urge an urge he never expected to have when looking at Ein... he wanted to kiss him.
