Quidditch World Cup

Back in the Weasley's tent, Emory and Harry watched Fred and George dance. The twins and Adyen had said goodbye after the match ended and promised to write more before school began. Emory's parents were invited inside while the adults laughed with the kids.

She saw Mr. Weasley and her father walk outside for a minute.

"There's no one like Krum!" Ron praised, "He's like a bird the way he rides the wind, he's more than an athlete, he's an artist!"

Emory and Harry were puzzled, then the twins hummed in a commercial tune, "KRUMMM!"

"Where Dad, mom?" Emory asked, hearing muffled voices outside. Her mother looked at her.

"I have no idea," She trailed off.

Mr. Weasley and Dad fearfully ran inside, bumping into Ron "Stop, stop it! We have to get out of here now!" Mr. Weasley yelled.

"Abbot's let's go," Matthew yelled, Elizabeth grabbed her daughter's arm and pulled her without hesitation.

They all ran outside. Emory's adrenaline was pumping. People were screaming and sprinting in terror.

"Get back to the portkey, everyone!" Mr. Weasley yelled before turning to the twins "Fred, George, Ginny is your responsibility!"

Harry ran along with Emory, Elizabeth grabbing Harry and Emory speedily. Matthew leading the way.

Emory barely got a look around, and everything was happening so fast! She saw people getting trampled and heard screams that were so loud she was unable to hear herself think.

Her mother and Harry got separated from Emory, and all she could do was keep running with hopes of finding them in the woods.

Emory ran into the woods, she ran and flew looking for any sign of her family. She saw a little kid on the ground and he coughed and groaned. Blood soaking his clothes.

"Tergeo", She whispered, and gradually went louder, "Tergeo..."

The wounds began to heal, and the blood dried up. The young boy opened his eyes and stared at her. He began looking around for his mother, who was running towards the pair.

"Get out of here, it's dangerous!" Emory warned and the mother obeyed and fled.

Emory ran towards the battlefield again and looked around frustrated. People were leaving but screams still filled the night.

"Harry! Harry where are you?!" Emory yelled looking for her cousin.

Ayden came behind her, and shouted, "Emory!"

She turned around, her hair now in a ponytail whipped around, and saw Ayden running to her. He gave a worried expression.

"Where's Harry? Where's my Parents... Ayden!"

"You're not supposed to be her! Only Aurors! We have to go!"

He took her arm but she fought back, "NO! Ayden, there are people still here-"

"Expelliarmus!" A Death Eater shouted, pointing at Ayden.

His wand flew back, but Emory screamed "Petrificus Tota-"

"Crucio!"

But he missed her, and she ducked, but the Death Eater was up in her face. She easily got to jab his mask off and elbowed him in the nose. He fell to the ground and she pointed her wand at him. Thank god for the martial arts classes at Ilvermorny. He got up and went after Emory's throat.

She caught the long blonde hair and blue eyes of an older man. It seemed the moment lasted forever, and she saw evil in his heart.

"Confringo!" Ayden commanded. The man was blasted away.
