"Hey bab-" Teyana said as I approached her on the porch as she tried to hug me but just like that day in the mall I brushed her off.

"Wassup Teyana? " I asked dryly.

She caught my vibe as her face went blank.

"Look August, I miss you! I'm so upset about you having this bitch around like you weren't going to see me.!" She snapped.

"First off she not no bitch, second dats wifey and third Teyana we been done mane! Ion even know why you comin at my gul like dat anyway. You know what you did and you know what it is."

"But Aug, we been through so much baby just hear me out. I was sick after our- I mean after my daughter died. I swear if I knew then what I knew now I would have never did you the way I did." She said walking up to me resting her hands on my shirt.

"Look mane, we done T. What we had back then is where I left it at in the past." I said stepping back keeping my distance from her as I looked over at the car. I saw the window down where Missy was, to where I could see her hands as if she was fixing her hair in the mirror.

"August do you hear me-" Teyana said following my eyes as anger grew in her.

"Who's in the car August! ?" She yelled looking up at me then back at the car.

"Teyana chill mane" I said smoothly. She looked over at Trav in the backseat on his phone and then back up at the front passenger window.

"So you brought this bitch with you to come and talk to me? Why the fuck is she here! ?" She yelled loud enough for Missy to hear. If Travis head turned towards us with a big ass grin on his face then that let me know that Missy heard everything.

"Look Teyana, I actually had to make her come with me. She didn't want to come but for me to prove myself to her and prove a point to you, I had to bring her. I love her not you T. We been over with for almost five years now let it go. "

"Don't say that August, you still love me. You said it yourself!" Is she delusional or what?

"I never said that Teyana, now you trippin mane. Look I'm out, just stay away from my family and leave me and my lady alone mane."

"Babeh, hurry up I'm hungry mane! " Missy said as she semi yelled out the window before raising both her and Trav window completely up.

"I'm coming right now Ma "I semi yelled back to her.

"So that's it? You just gonna leave August! ?" Teyana asked gripping my shirt tight.

"Yo T let me the fuck go mane!" I said getting pissed. I tried pulling away from her but she kept a tight ass grip on my shirt.

"No! You're not leaving me August you staying right here with me!!!" She yelled super loud. Next thing I know I just see Missy get out the car with a smile on her face indicating a bad sign. When she smiles in a situation like this that only means she's about to do sum crazy!

"Hi Teyana would you mind releasing my man please?" Miss asked standing at the bottom of the steps with her hands folded and that same smile on her face. After that I saw Trav get out the car.

"Bitch fuck you! " Teyana said. Next thing I know Missy politely walked up the six steps skipping every other step until she was a step away with Trav close behind.

Teyana released my shirt and charged towards Missy. Missy grabbed her by her hair and slung her down the steps falling on top of her. Miss repeatedly punched Teyana as Teyana wiggled underneath Miss like a fish without water.

Teyana tried swinging back but it was no use being that Miss had her pinned down.

"Shit Trav grab Miss and put her in the car" I yelled. I grabbed Teyana taking her into the house.

Her face was red her lip was swollen with a bruise above her left eye with her hair everywhere.

"August let me go! " she yelled trying to get out of my grip.

"Teyana I'm trynna save you from her beating yo ass again gul chill the fuck out mane. Look T-" I took in a deep breath regaining my strength.

"We done mane, that's it that's all. I almost lost my babeh because of You! Leave us alone let us do what we do, we over with been over with." I said loud enough for her to understand. I looked out the door that was wide open at Trav standing by the passenger door keeping Missy inside.

"Aye Aug come on nigga! Before I release the beast! " Trav yelled up at me. I walked out the door as Teyana slammed it.

I hopped in the car and sped off. I looked over at Missy seeing a scratches on her neck and one on her left cheek. I tried rubbing it but she pushed my hand away.

I went to popeyes and got us all something to eat including Travis.

"You good Floyd Mayweahter?" Trav asked looking at Missy. She responded with a head nod as she kept straight down the steps. I walked down behind her.

"Babeh! " I said but getting no response.

"Take me to the room Aug!" Was all she said. I grabbed the keys and our food following behind her as she walked out the door.

"Aye mane wherr y'all going?" Trav asked from the living room.

"We'll be back Trav " I said not in the mood.

"Aight!"

Once we got to the room Missy went straight to the shower. I tried walking in the bathroom but she had the door locked. After about thirty minutes I heard the door unlock but Miss never came out so I walked in seeing her wrapped in her dry towel with her wet hair falling down her back as she looked in the mirror observing her scratches then looking over at me as I leaned on the door.

"Let me see bae" I said walking on the side where she was scratched. As I looked at the scratches I glanced at her looking in the mirror as if she had lost but obviously she didn't.

I kissed every scratch from her cheek on down to her neck.

"You're beautiful babeh! " I said turning her towards me kissing her lips. She wrapped her hands around my neck looking at me for a few seconds before she pecked my lips and hugged me.

"I swear to you that you will never have to go through no shit like that again. You all a nigga want bebeh... all a nigga need! "I said spooning her tighter into my embrace.
