After I pulled myself together I got my phone out and called Bill. "Hi Missy what is he in for now? " he said before I could even get a word out. "MURDER" I said bluntly. I got into another shower threw on an old pair of my true religion jeans August had neatly folded in my drawer a plane white fitted t-shirt my red and white Jordan retros and one of Augs red black and white Chicago bulls bucket hats grabbed my keys and phone and made my way to the county.

Five minutes after I got there Bill had pulled up in all white Chrysler 300C with tints. I could hardly recognize him from what he was wearing, today he wasn't in a suite and tie he had on a blue button down shirt with a pair of dark jeans on and some kind of tennis shoes on with his biker shades. He waved at me as he walked pass my car and into the building. Fifteen minutes later he cane out with a folder in his hand and hopped in my car. "so here's what's going on, They are holding him on a murder charge with no bond." he said while going threw the paper work. "no bond, is that even possible!?" I asked getting discouraged. "yes it is but he told me to tell you not to worry just stay strong and that he loves you, "I couldn't really talk to him but I will be to see him next week to go over his case and see what we can do" "when are his visiting days?" I asked not wanting to hear anymore. "his visiting days will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from nine a.m to five p.m you can only come once a day for an hour. He said he'll be calling you before you go to sleep whenever that is" he said opening the car door and getting out to walk away. He stopped in his tracks turned back around walked to the car as I let the window down. "One more thing, he said for you to smile everyday that he's gone and not to listen to the people in them streets" I laughed at how he tried to mimic him rolled my window up and drove off.

I got back to the house and called Mommy and granny to let them know what was going on. As much as I didn't want to tell them I knew that I had to before they found out from someone else it hasn't even been 2months since Melvins death and here I was bringing more bad news to them. "Missy if you want you can come out here with us until everything cools down" mommy said. "I'm fine mommy I can't leave him, as much as I would love to see you guys I can't i have to finish school and I know he needs me but when this is all over with me and him both will be to visit!" I said. "well alright then, tell that boy to call me when you talk to him will you and don't stress yaself !" mommy said before we hung up. I put my phone on the charger and laid across the bed waiting on his call.

I couldn't eat, I didn't want to watch t.v. or do anything I just wanted to hear his voice and tell him that I love him and hear him tell me the same thing. I just wanted My Augy!!! :-(

It was now 9p.m and my phone still hasn't rang! I was getting irritated by the second. got up for the fiftieth time to do nothing really. Just walked down the steps and come back up when I walked into the room I saw my phone lighting up as it rang. I zoomed to the bed to see an eight hundred number I just knew it was him ! I swiped the answer key and pressed One.
