The nurse took their baby back and placed the sleeping baby on the crib near Jungkook's bed. The elder was still sleeping under the effect of the sedation.
Taehyung stared at his baby boy and let out a painful sob. He couldn't control his tears and there was a pain in his heart that no one can cure. He slowly touched the baby's small face with his cold palm. The baby squirmed under his cold touch and let out a slow whine. Like he was disturbed in his sleep.
Taehyung's eyes fell back on Jungkook when the other moved slightly in his sleep. He watched the other's eyes flickering slightly. He opened his eyes slowly and looked at Taehyung.
His fragile body started to shake again. Lips wobbled as he looked at the younger. Seeing the elder's state Tae felt vulnerable.
At the same time the doctor entered the room. He looked at the couples. He gestures for the nurse to take the baby. She immediately held the baby in her arms and walked towards the couple. Tae looked at her and she placed the baby near Jungkook.
He looked at his baby with sparkling eyes, and slowly tried to sit down. Seeing it Taehyung immediately helped the elder to sit properly. The nurse adjusted the bed and Jungkook sat comfortably. He held his head having a mild headache. But seeing how his son was looking at him curiously made his headache fade away slowly. His gaze met the younger who was looking at him with various emotions.
Taehyung Slowly stood up and picked up the baby from the bed. Seeing his husband holding his newborn baby in his arms, Jungkook stretchedd his arms to take his son in his arms.
Taehyung placed his baby in his husband's arms carefully. The little one's big eyes were staring at his parents without blinking. He just stared at his mama for too long.
Seeing his child's big curious eyes made Jungkook teared up a little. He held his close to his chest and gave kisses on his little face.
" I...I thought I lost you baby. Mama thought I lost you and your sister. " He smiled through his tears and looked at his husband.
" Look Tae how cute our cub is. Doesn't he just looks like you...that same eyes and nose and look his lips also." Jungkook said with a tearful smiley eyes. His slender fingers traced the little child's face lovingly. The baby looked at his mother for a long and showed his gums. He yawned slightly and again looked at him.
"Are you sleepy my dear... Don't you wanna see your sister? " Jungkook asked lovingly and looked at the crib one more. He confusedly looked at the younger who stood there frozen.
Hearing the elder mentioning their daughter Taehyung's breath hitched. He gripped his jeans tightly to stop his shivering hands. Seeing the vulnerability of the younger, Kook's eyebrows furrowed.
