Things Have A Way Of Coming Out

Ray
I tell Susan that it would best to talk to Anastasia and Amanda about how we met. I met Susan when she first started working on a case similar to my wife's. She finally told me it was a teenage boy and he wouldn't identify who had been involved and didn't want to talk about it. It was very lucky to be alive. I found out that she had tried to reach out to him, but he didn't want to hear what she had to say. She did tell him they found and arrested his attackers. I finally got it out of her and am sworn to secrecy regarding it. Ethan fell victim to the same people who grabbed Carla. I can't even imagine what he went through after seeing my wife's body and face. I grimace knowing he has to be a tortured soul.

Susan
I watch as I tell Ray that I know this opens old wounds and I am so sorry about it and it probably would be best if we just tell them we met when he came to talk about the case on his wife years ago. A lot of people had started turning up like his wife so we reopened her case after he discovered the connection on his own by watching for similar cases. He would have eventually put it together with the Kavanagh case. He hadn't thought to check on male victims. Ethan was one of a few male victims still alive from the torture they were put through. They were left to die.

Amanda
The dinner was great although I was unsure about the animosity towards Ethan. I know the rumors and things, but I also heard a few other things that explain why he is like he is. A rumor was he was left for dead after a vicious attack and whoever it was had had him for a long time. He had to be hospitalized for a long time. He did homeschooling and courses on line to get his high school diploma. That was coming from one of his classmates and a few girls he dated. The girls said the scars on his body were just too much to overlook. Those are very shallow girls and gold diggers. Mia isn't like that. They don't seem to be a couple or they would hold hands and kiss.

Elliott
I am holding Amanda's hand below the table and kiss her cheek. I noticed that Mia is not her normal affectionate self towards Ethan. If he was a boyfriend she would be touching him and kissing and hugging him. All that make me relax a bit.

Christian
I am a little leery of a  Kavanagh here for dinner, but he isn't interrogating us and he and Mia just seem to be friends otherwise there would be more PDA involved. I think my parents are watching and waiting for a reason to ask him to leave. I reach over and take Anastasia's hand in mine under the table and move it to her lap. I want to touch her. I find a good spot and rub my fingers over her crotch. Soon dinner will be done and I have plans for her.

Anastasia
We are eating and it feels a bit tense in the room. Suddenly Christian takes my hand under the table and holds it and then moves our hands into my lap. I suddenly feel him rubbing my crotch, I contain my responses to him massaging my crotch area. He smiles and kisses me. He whispers in my ear that he can't wait to get me in private.

Grace
I am watching as our sons are very content with their girls and now I know the differences in them it is obvious who is who. Amanda is like Elliott and Anastasia is like Christian. Carrick said he noticed it right away, but he is an attorney they need that kind of ability to see nuances.

Carrick
I watch as the boys are enjoying their new girlfriends. I hope these two last. Mia on the other hand has not hugged, kissed or held Ethan's hand. I am starting to think they are just friends. I hope he doesn't hurt her. Ethan has issues and I recall a few things about him that I doubt anyone else knows but it has affected him in ways no one knows about. I just hope he is looking for help for what happened to him. Being an attorney we hear more because we deal with courts, judges, police medical people and you name it. I just happened to hear about cases that were similar and I am looking at three people who were affected by the cases except one actually was the one tortured amongst so very many. Ethan was one of the few survivors from being left for dead. I try to think about how it would cause psychological damage to anyone.

Ethan
I really tried to get Mia to rethink me coming to her family dinner, but here we are and I know she is trying to make me feel comfortable but I can't seem to calm down. I finally relax with Mia assuring me and getting me to talk about becoming a psychiatrist soon. Mrs Grey opens up about her time as an intern and passing the licensing test. She asks me what kind of patients I am taking on and I tell her I take all kind of patients. I just take adults on certain days and children other days that way they don't come on the same days. Plus we assure we have the right things out for both to read when they arrive.

Mia
I listen Ethan and mom talk about being doctors and the licensing test along what kind of patients Ethan are going to have. I watch as Ethan lights up talking about helping patients get better from traumas. He wants to heal and he wants to heal others.
