Watching You

Christmas Day

Ray
Susan and I are expecting the children here at ten and lunch will be served by twelve and presents opened and then we all go to the Grey family home. Anastasia has already delivered the presents for us to be under the tree along with Elmer, and her three babies Elfie, Elvira and Tom.

Susan
The gifts are already put under the tree and I see some very familiar wrapping on the gifts. Ray and I are both going to buy things we need for the house as gifts for now. We are remodeling it and changing the girls rooms to guest rooms. We are giving them two months to empty their rooms out. Ray decided to just put their things in storage like mine was in. I guess I am moving a bit fast on changing the rooms, but since the girls are both now married and moved out, they should have their things with them.

Anastasia
Susan was acting oddly when I dropped the gifts off, but I just ignored it. I got to meet Elfie, Elvira and Tom, Elmers kittens. Dad got her fixed after she stopped nursing them. They have their own playroom now. It is by the window and they can watch everyone who arrives and leaves. Dad had news on Jose Jr he was given ten years, but they don't think he will live that long. He has gotten pneumonia three times and they are unsure if he will survive another year. I can't feel bad for him, because he did something bad and it might have been worse had Elmer not protected us from him. I know that he is still a human being, but he didn't think that way when he attacked us the first time and not the second attempt either so sometimes you pay for the evil you do.

Ray
I hug Anastasia and let her get to work. Elliott's been home with the boys and she's been doing his job until they get settled in. Christian has been helping her on some of it. Amanda is getting used to caring for twin boys and Christian gave her leave and honeymoon time. Things are going fast, Amanda apologized for not having me walk her down the aisle but I understood completely. I tried to get a visit in with the boys but I missed them each time.  Susan seems off and I am not sure why.

Kate
My date cancelled on me and so did moms. I am not sure about going to the Grey and Steele family Christmas, but we are kind of stuck. So I gather our presents up and we finally arrive at the Steele's for breakfast. Apparently they have invited friends who are my age and moms age to join us for Christmas lunch. It turns out James Davidson is a long time friends son of Ray Steele who is new to Seattle and Ray invited him at the last minute. He is two years older than me and looking at buying a publishing company in the area. But he has other ideas as well.

Enid
I am being set up. Ray introduced me to Aaron Bigelow and he is retired from his position at his company and his son is running it while he enjoys his nice huge bank account and retirement fund as long as he can. At first I thought he was bragging to see what I would think, but he was merely telling me he was going enjoy retirement because he had the money to do so. The more we talked the better I liked him. He is a widow and that is how he met Ray. His wife was a victim of the Lincoln's as well. His case was not as well known as the Steele case. We decide not to discuss those horrid people after what happened to Ethan. Ethan and Mia look very happy together. Kate is enjoying James very much. Aaron asks me out later this week and I agree to a date. Finally we head to the Grey home and I decide to invite him to go with us. He says his son is expecting him and he needs to be there. So we exchange numbers and go our separate ways. Kate gets James to join us.

Ray
Everything is packed up and we head to the Grey home and everyone gets out of their vehicles and we unloaded everything and went inside. Anastasia is carrying a lot and Christian is reprimanding her for it. His staff is helping out. Jason and Gail are guests along with Sophie.
Susan is growing tired and is getting weak. I help her inside and I ask Grace to check her over.

Grace
I check Susan out and ask her what she is keeping from Ray? I checked her vitals and something is definitively wrong with her. She says it isn't something she can tell him at this point but she will soon. I tell her to rest and I will be back, but she has to tell him soon. I suspect she is terminal whatever it is.

Carrick
I am holding Jacob and feeding him when Ray asks to hold him. We are both proud grandparents to these boys. Both are named after us. They look like Elliott, I might get the DNA tested to see if their is a familial match. Do it under fake names. I think even Grace might want to do that.

Christian
I watch as Anastasia still overworks herself. I have her sit down by me when the presents are given out. I bought her some things and they are waiting for her at our home. We are all getting our pictures taken. James seems familiar to me. But I don't pursue that. I caught him and Gretchen in the twins room in a very compromising position. I left before they saw me. Let someone else deal with that mess. Not my employee and he means nothing to me at this point. I have a background check ran on him.

Amanda
Elliott and I walk in the boys room and James and Gretchen are in it alone. Both take their leave and we see the panties laying on the floor. I don't want to to touch them and neither does Elliott. He asks his mother to join us and she is livid. But she remains calm and goes get gloves and Lysol along with a baggie to bag the underwear up. I suspect Gretchen just lost her job. James will never be invited back.

Elliott
I can't believe she did that in the boys room. I wonder if they already knew each other?

Grace
I can't believe that I am seeing panties that from what Amanda and Elliott says likely are Gretchen's and she had sex in the boys room. I get gloves Lysol and a baggie for the panties. I spray the air and the spot where the panties were and leave Amanda and Elliott alone in the room. I will be chatting with Gretchen tomorrow about this.
