Zachery x Juliet
- hella problematic, as we all know, but it's from canon and i think it's cute :)

Nathan x Kate
- Nathan visited Kate a lot during the time she was in hospital. he felt bad for pushing her so far. eventually, around the time that Max broke up with Kate, he started bringing flowers and chocolates every time he went to see her.
he asked if Kate would be comfortable with being his "pretend" girlfriend, in front of his parents. since they didn't approve of him dating Warren.
eventually, it turned into genuine attraction and nowadays, Nathan constantly makes sure that Kate is okay. he is a caring partner.

Nathan x Warren
- Nathan realised he was bi when he did some self reflecting after all the incidents had passed. he had figured out that he liked Warren around the time of the parking lot incident, which is why he managed to give Warren a black eye. It was all his pent up rage from his feelings.
During the event of the storm, Nathan frantically texted Warren explaining everything. the hostility, him being in the closet, everything. Warren forgave him and also confessed to Nathan he was gay.
Over time, they began talking some more.
Nowadays, they are fairly happy within their relationship with eachother. Nathan can get possessive at times but Warren doesn't really dislike that. Warren helps Nathan with his issues and is oftentimes the one he goes to to cry on.
Nathan has described Warren's snores as "better than whale sounds"

Max x Alyssa
- after the carnage that was her previous relationships, Max decided to confess her feelings towards a girl that she never really thought would like her back. That girl being Alyssa who she'd always assumed was asexual.
They got together and essentially act like best friends, but i guess it's a relationship.

Victoria x Kate
- after being a shitty person to the majority of the people around her, Victoria began to feel very left out and overall secluded. During this time, Kate and Nathan were, for obvious reasons, hanging out quite a bit. This caused Victoria and Kate to be forced to mingle.
Over time, Victoria learnt, through Kate, that how she had been treating those around her was the wrong course of action. Kate managed to have such a positive impact on both Victoria and Nathan's life that he eventually allowed her to get into a relationship with Vic. The two have an incredible dynamic which can be said is one of the strongest out of the whole group.

Nathan x Victoria
- throughout most (if not all) of the game, we see these two being very chummy chummy with each other. my hc is that they were dating around this time. though it wasn't mentioned to anyone distinctively. I personally believe Vic would be reluctant to identify the relationship with others due to Nathan's status within school. However, I do believe that Vic was quite manipulative within the relationship.
that would be shown via commanding Nathan to do whatever she wants him to do. this is backed up by the fact that Nathan has shared a LOT with Vic about his personal life. thus Vic would have blackmail. with this being said, I don't believe she would mean it maliciously. She just hasn't had the best role models within the area.
Eventually, Victoria became infatuated with Max and ended up obsessing over her while 'with' Nathan.
once Vic had began interacting more with Kate, she eventually realised her actions were incredibly bad and had major negative consequences. she also began to see that she really did feel strongly for Nathan. This led to her begging him to allow her a second chance.
As of right now, Nathan, Kate and Vic are in a stable, happy thrupple. Nathan also dating Warren outside of this (consensually).

Frank and Rachel (both deceased)
- Frank doted upon her, Rachel wanted drugs. deep down Rachel did care as well. but she refused to accept those feelings.

honestly wrong with the age gap, hence why I'm glad it didn't work. I'm not for the age gap.

Nathan, Rachel (deceased) and Chloe (deceased)
- dated as a thrupple for a few weeks at the start of the school year. seeing as we see that, when Rachel was around, Nathan and Chloe communicated. this 100% never happened but it's a cool concept. teens experimenting with new things like the concept of "thrupples", just fucking about. the relationship itself was basically just a friendship with added handholding. they also kissed a few times.

Chloe and Rachel (both deceased)
- they had a wonderful relationship, like in canon, when Max was away. it ended the same way it does it canon. Chloe still doted upon her up until her death and spent most of her time in the scrap yard. she left flowers where the body was found, as well as on her grave. she missed her and always regretted not saying "i love you" to her for the last time.
to honour this, Max is now the one leaving flowers on Rachel, and Chloe's, graves.

Justin and Chloe (deceased)
- had an on-off relationship since Rachel went missing. mostly used eachother for weed but it was cute so, idrk what to tell you.

Max and Chloe (deceased)
- going off of canon, they got together around the time of the storm. so, they'd had such a strong bond from everything they'd been through together. sadly, chloe had to be sacrificed.
[ the downfall of their relationship, if max had chosen to save chloe, would probably have been most prominent when Chloe would ask Max to wear Rachel's old clothes, as well as taking her to spots that Rachel and her would go. it was as if Chloe was trying to bring her back through Max. once Max realises and confronts her about it, Chloe confesses she isn't truly over Rachel and may have been doing it subconsciously. ]

Juliet and Max
- Max tried it out after Chloe had passed, as a form of grieving, but it evidently didn't go anywhere. she doesn't even class it as a relationship.

Warren and Stella
- Warren was in an open relationship with Stella, Brooke and Max to try and prove to himself that he wasn't gay. evidently failing, since he is now with Nathan.

- after Juliet and Max didn't work out, Warren was in an open relationship with Stella, Brooke and Max to try and prove to himself that he wasn't gay. evidently failing, since he is now with Nathan.
The breakup sadly really affected Max negatively. though they're still friends, she doesn't like physical contact from him because she's scared of pushing his boundaries. he seems to be the only "good" person that max has ever dated.

Victoria and Max
- they were together for a very brief period after Warren broke up with Max. Victoria was incredibly demanding and would boss Max around day in, day out. Chloe was the one to have to force the split after Max confessed that she felt as though Victoria was using her.
that being said, they did have some cute times as well.

Kate and Max
- Max, once Vic left her, was searching for someone to fill the void. she figured out that Kate liked her and thus decided to peruse it.
this turned out to be a mistake for her, in some form, as Kate at the time was still incredibly suicidal and overall low. it was solely Max's job to lift her spirits and make her happier being alive.
Chloe watched Max's decline. she witnessed her best friend slowly stop talking to her because of how dependant Kate became.
eventually, Max had to tell Kate that she was overwhelmed. they're still close friends, though Kate was hurt for a while.
