"What is that girl doing to me?"

I look up to see my subordinates still running around to collect the equipment I need for my journey to Sumeru with Y/n. I walk up to one of them and they freeze in place.

"Why are you still running around? I'm pretty sure I gave you enough time..." I furrowed my eyebrows. The Agent shakes in fear.

"Sir, we are going as quickly as we can! It's just that-" The Agent stutters.

" 'It's just that' what? You were just fooling around?" I sternly say with my arms crossed.

"N-not at all Sir! I meant to say that we are still seeking for the correct equipment you might need for your journey." He shakes. I sigh.

"Whatever... you better have the equipment ready in 5 minutes." I glare at the Agent through my eyelashes. "I'd like to depart Liyue as soon as possible, to avoid any conflict with the Millelith."

"Yes Sir." The Agent says before scurrying away.

Five minutes later I am greeted by an Agent with a bag full of travelling equipment.

"The equipment you requested, my Lord." The Agent bows while giving me the bag.

"Took you long enough." I scoffed. I snatch the bag from the Agents hands. It was quite heavy, but I would manage. "I'm leaving Liyue Harbor immediately." I declared.

"We wish you a safe and fulfilling journey, Master Scaramouche. May the road be kind to you." I hear Ekaterina say. She had walked over from the front desk to wish me well.

"Yeah whatever." I scoff before leaving the bank.

(Y/n POV)

You patiently wait for Scaramouche at the entrance of the Northland Bank. It felt as you were standing there for ages, but at long last Scaramouche appears right in front of you. He was carrying an adventure bag that looked like to be from the Adventurer's Guild. You could only assume that it contained equipment to get to Sumeru.

"Have you mentally prepared yourself?" Scaramouche chuckles. You nod. "Great because we a departing Liyue Harbor right now. I'm assuming that majority of the Millelith are looking for me right now." He says.

"They are. While I was waiting I kept on seeing groups of 2 to 4 Millelith patrol the streets of Liyue Harbor." You say. Scaramouche looks down on the street. You were right. From where he was standing he could see at least 25 Millelith soldiers.

"Right..." He says. "Before we leave, you need to stay close to me at all times. I'm not obligated to keep watch on you if you decide to wander off." He sternly warns you. "If we manage to find a group of monsters or treasure hoarders, don't get in my way. I'll deal with them."

You stay quiet and you nod. "Great let's go then." He says grabbing your arm.

Scaramouche drags you through the streets of Liyue attempting to avoid the Millelith that are currently patrolling the streets. You make it back to the place where Wanmin Restaurant is. You were both hiding behind a tree which is near a teleport way point. There was many Millelith soldiers walking around the small pond that was in the centre of the plaza. Scaramouche looked around before running across the bridge. You of course follow him. But to your luck there were two Millelith soldiers standing at the end of the bridge. The point their spears towards you and Scaramouche, but mainly at Scaramouche.
