Yoongi's POV
"Nari? Nari!" I ran after her and saw her quickly get inside her room. I've been knocking on her door but she wasn't answering and didn't open the door for me. "Nari, let's talk..."
Silence.
I sighed heavily.
"Alright...if you get hungry, we still have food left in the ref. Just heat it up. Good night."
I went inside my room dejected and mostly, frustrated.
Kissing her when we were strangers was one thing. Kissing her again in the car was another thing.
I acted according to my instincts. I don't know, seeing her play the piano switched something on in my head. Not to mention the afternoon we spent together outside. I'm getting more curious about her.
And it's dangerous. We said avoiding women like her, right?
I placed the car key on the office table. I was about to head straight the bathroom when I noticed something. A blue velvet box sitting on top of the table.
My eyebrows furrowed as I picked it up. Why is this here?
My heart starting beating fast as memories about the box came rushing in. I slowly opened it and there revealed a diamond necklace.
With all the crazy thoughts I have about Nari, here comes a reminder that I should stop this before anything begins.
I was excited to give her the necklace. Things were starting to look good for BTS that I could afford this much. I can't wait to see her!
When I arrived in front of her apartment, I contemplated on whether I should knock or just open the door with my own key. For the element of surprise, I decided to use the key.
It was quiet when I came in. As I approach her bedroom, I suddenly her some noises. Moans. Groans. Shuffling of bedsheet.
"Yes, oh yeah!" I got nervous. That's her. Who is she with?
The door was slightly opened and I quietly peeked inside. There, I saw her moving on top of some guy. I can't see his face but both were enjoying whatever they were doing.
I gripped the box too hard before angrily putting it inside my pocket.
I can't believe what I'm seeing!
"Injae!" I shouted with a voice I couldn't believe I can make. Their heads both snapped into my direction and I saw how her eyes widened in surprise. She hastily moved and went down from the bed and quickly put the blanket around her body.
"Yoongi, it's not what you think!" She said in a quivering voice. I glared at her and my attention was diverted to the man on top of the bed who's silently putting his boxers on. I looked at Injae again.
"Whatever." I coldly stated and turned around.
"I need this in my career, Yoongi! Please! I'm sorry!" She shouted after me. I didn't know she was behind me. She snatched my arms. I looked at her and saw her tear-streaked face. "He said he will make me a super star!"
I sneered. "Alright, good luck then."
"Look, I'm doing something for my dreams just like what you're doing with yours! You were barely with me! I need someone to rely on. I need someone by my side, Yoongi!"
"Then I'm happy that you met someone that you need. Let's not see each other again." I coldly said before walking away from her.
I heard her let out a cry but I didn't care. I don't care anymore.
