I woke with a pain in my head. I got up slowly to check what time it was on my phone. It was 3:03. I went downstairs to see what they made for lunch. They made grilled cheese sandwiches. I took one and sat down next to Jeff. I didn't say anything. I just ate my sandwich. Then he sighed and asked, "What happened?" I groaned then said, "I tripped and hit my head after we watched the movie." I left out the part where I started to laugh uncontrollably.
After lunch we went back to our rooms I stopped suddenly and told him to wait by my door. As I went inside I grabbed the jar of m&ms and gave it to him. He smiled and said, "You didn't eat them all." I laughed then went back to my room. I noticed my bed was messed up so I decided to fix it. Then I put on music on my phone and decided to draw. I was a very good artist if I do say so myself. I drew a picture of New York City all in grey. It took me a long while to make this picture. I looked back satisfied with my work. Then I turned on the t.v. Once Upon a Time was on so I watched it. After that I watched Supernatural, then Blended. Soon I fell asleep for about 3 hours. Then I woke up sweating. I know I dreamt something but I wasn't sure what it was. I checked the time on my phone. It said 6:05. Dinner started in 25 minutes. So I decided to draw a white rose with a shadow. It was pretty good so I decided to add a quote at the bottom in my best cursive. It read "Every rose has it's shadow." I smiled. After that I just doodled. Then I went downstairs to dinner. They were serving fried chicken. I was the first person there. Then a woman who looked about 50 came up to me and said, "Leave while you still can." Then she left. Five minutes later Jeff came downstairs, got his dinner, then sat down next to me. We ate in silence. I kept thinking about what that woman said to me. Her words kept ringing in my ears. I snapped out of my daze when Jeff asked, "Want some pudding?" "Oh yeah thanks." I said. "Tapioca, chocolate, or vanilla?" He asked. "Chocolate." I replied. He left and came back a minute later with our pudding. "So what has you in a daze?" He asked. "Just something an old woman said." "You know people here are crazy. You shouldn't listen to what they say." He said. I thought about this for minute. Then realized he was completely right. "You are totally right Jeff." After we ate our pudding we went to our bedrooms and said good night. It was still early so I decided to keep watching t.v. After about 4 hours I decided to go to sleep. I still couldn't get those words out of my head. "Leave while you still can." I fell asleep as my mind dawdled on those thoughts.
