On the verge of sanity

Chapter 13

When I woke up it was 2:45 p.m. I couldn't remember what I had dreamt, even though I knew I dreamt something. I shook the thought off and got up. I looked in mirror and laughed. I looked like a mess. But a hot mess. Then I hopped in the shower. I took a fifteen minute shower. Then I changed my clothes to beige colored skinny jeans, a black t-shirt, and black high tops. Since my hair is wet I just pulled it up in a messy bun. Then I went downstairs for some lunch. They were serving sandwiches. I grabbed mine and sat down at a table by myself. Jeff wasn't here so I figured he was still asleep. After I ate I went back to my room. Once there I had a feeling something was off. But I quickly jumped out of my thoughts when I heard a soft knock at my door. I answered it and there was the lady who I learned to be Diana. She smiled at me and said, "Congratulations Ms.Jane Lynn. Professor Jacob has come up to the conclusion that you are perfectly sane." I couldn't help the giant grin on my face. Then I replied, "Thank you." "I'm happy to see you so excited. But you're going to need help packing if you want to leave by tomorrow." said Diana. Right there and then I couldn't keep my excitement in any longer. I jumped up and hugged Diana. She was shocked at first then hugged back. Then she told me to start packing. After that she left. I jumped up and down then collapsed on my. I laid there for a bit then got up. "Where's my bag?" I muttered to myself. After I found my bag I started to pack. But I left out an outfit for tomorrow and my hair brush and my toothbrush. I sat down on my bed and sighed. I couldn't believe I was leaving tomorrow. Suddenly I broke out in a fit of laughter. I couldn't understand why. I just did. After a while the laughter died down. I grabbed my phone and texted Skylar the awesome news!
Me: Hi
Sky: HI! Where have you been girly!
Me: Just here.
Sky: Oh..
Me:OMG GUESS WHAT!
Sky: WHAT!! WHAT!!
Me: I'M GOING HOME TOMORROW!
Sky:OMG I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU!
Me: I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU TOO! I'VE MISSED YOU SO MUCH!
Sky: I've missed you way more!! See you tomorrow!! BYE!!
Me: BYE! SEE YOU TOMORROW!!
I was so excited to see Skylar I didn't even think about Jeff. Thats when I heard a knock at my door. I opened it and saw non other than Jeff. He had a big grin on his face. And before I knew what was happening, he pulled me into a big hug.
