The three people gathered around the table waiting for Molly to cut the cake.Everything looked fine outside. But that is not always true right?
Lin who was excitedly singing ‘happy birthday song' for Molly (which was he practiced for a whole week)was unaware of 2 persons glaring at each other like there is no Tomarow.
Noticing this tension Molly decided to open her mouth.
“Lin don't you have any gift for me? ”
“shhh I literally forgot about that.....wait here okie........ ”
Then he ran towards a room. But not after so long he came back in the same speed.
And yelled
“YOU....... DON'T CUT THE CAKE WITHOUT ME”
Then again ran away like a flash.
After making sure he is gone Molly started.
“Are you two participating in some glaring competition? ”
Even after hearing the question the dou didn't broke their eye contact. The looked at each other like some predatory creatures..........
They are like this since Nancy entered the scene.When Leo opened the door of the apartment revealing the kicking medusa (that's what Leo calls her)Lin was in utter shock.He even forgot to release his breathe looking like a terrified bunny.
But he didn't wanted to seem vulnerable in front of Nancy. So he successfully covered it up by a fake smile ans hugged Molly, avoiding Nancy's existence.
He didn't even spare a glance at Nancy.
When Nancy approached him each time,he carefully escaped from her by getting close to Leo and Molly.
As a result Leo earned 5-6 hugs without any try,making him blush like a teenager.
But Molly's condition was much more severe. Because each and every time Nancy tried to grab something from the kitchen, Lin would appear there like a flash and took that thing before her.
And as a best friend Molly had to take the responsibility of those items. So within this 30-45 minutes Molly drank 3–4 glasses of juice, 1packet of potato chips,some candies,etc..... etc..... etc.......
(Being the friend of the Almighty Palin cause so much trouble guys. So any one of you are interested in that, please assure you have an insurance because befriending Lin is like participating in the 3rd world war. Everything is unpredictable when it comes to Lin )
Later.....................
“Thank you for this cake Lin. it is very tasty”
Said Molly while licking her fingers.
“oh then eat all of it ”
‘she almost ate all things remained in the kitchen as per your wishes ...... Now you want her to eat this too?....... She is already looking like a pregnant lady....... Are you planning to kill her’
Leo thought while looking at Molly pitifully.....
He wanted to help her by voicing his thoughts loudly but.........
well no one will risk their life to save another person right?
So he restrained himself from being the next victim of Lin's overflowing affection.
When Molly understood Leo won't help her from this torture,she decided to stand for herself. But before she could say something Nancy opened her mouth..............
