The following morning I went with Maura to Janice and Amal's place to pick up a copy of the will and several death certificates.

Jane thank you for doing this. Jason your welcome.  I wish there wasn't a need. I agree with you.  I miss my baby so much. 

Jane just held Jason as he cried while I held onto the documents needed. 

Jason Jane needs to go to get this handled. Sorry Jane.  It's okay. Janice call me if you all need anything else.  I will. I hugged my loom alike and left with Maura. The first place we headed was to the bank and asked all monies be forwarded to Jason Harris. I think the family forgot about her savings account. The teller told me she had a some items in the Vault.  They removed them for me. I thanked them. Maura and I finished the errands which lasted past one.  We ate a late lunch. I called Janice on the land line.

Janice when I went to the bank the teller told me she had items in the Vault. Do you want to get them from our home or we can come by? I will be by your house in thirty minutes if that is okay.  I need a break.  Bring some work out clothes too and a change of clothes. Please let them know you will be at our place for awhile. I will and thanks.

Babe I am going to go to Jane and Maura's to hang out for awhile and work  out.  Plus Tabitha had something in the Vault in the bank . I need a break.  Okay be careful.  I will. Which vehicle you taking? The BMW. Jane is gonna to ďtease me like Yilena did. You not taking the hero you bought from Jane? Nope. I need her to mess with him.  Everyone here is serious. Okay.

I kissed my wife goodbye and left in my work out clothes and a change of clothes along with hygiene bag.

Molly this is Jackson. Hi Jackson what can I do for you? I was wondering if you and TJ are going to get another house? Jackson actually we did last night. Nia and I would like to lease your place as well as your furniture. I rather sell my furniture to you two. Would you two be willing to buy it? Yes but is a payment plan available because that is alot to buy at once? Of course,  I will lease you my home and add five hundred onto for the furniture , washer and dryer. The total would be 1500 per month until you pay the two appliances, furniture and decorations. Two grand for a deposit. Okay? We will be moving next weekend on Saturday. It won't be problem. I will come by with a check and the two us will sign the lease agreement. Okay about three o'clock.  Okay we will see you than.

I hung the phone and started the lease paperwork.  I told TJ and his mom when they returned 15 minuets later from the bank and closing out Shawn's accounts and paying the balances.

The property which is just a lot now, the harris and I decided to donate it to have habitat humanity to build two homes. One for American River College homeless student project and the other Sacramento state university student homeless project.  The
Quartermaines family is paying for it to be built and furnished just like how it was before. This is awesome. You and the new president of Sacramento state Maria José Fernández will pick the family or families to live their.  They will own them.
