Project Ultron

The meeting ended with a new objective in mind, they had needed to a way to fortify their security and thanks to Peter they had just that. Project Ultron.

The Avengers had previously attempted to enact a secretive project that had remained undisclosed for a long time, the heroes had uncovered the name but nothing related to its contents, that was until Peter suggested creating an AI as the heroes in his world had and when he told them of the few AIs that were created they realised that the project was to attempt to create an AI.

The heroes had to now work on a plan to infiltrate the Avengers old compound and warehouse to extract as much of Project Ultron as they can, schematics, designs, programming, anything. Then they would alter it to fight for them.

Peter interjected that they allow the AI to have its freedom and to, in a way, teach it to love and protect humanity as to avoid creating the evil Ultron of his world again. To which they unanimously agreed.

Felicia being the master thief was the figure head for the mission, Peter joined along as his knowledge of the Avengers and Ultron were paramount to their success, Janice was their aerial support with her suits ability to fly, Kraven as an expert hunter would be able to get a clear lay of the land and avoid any traps, and finally Francine as their powerhouse with her power to manipulate and control lightning.

Peter wanted to suggest someone else in case of stronger opponents, he didn't underestimate Francines abilities but he thought that having more powerhouses in reserve would be beneficial.

Felicia however informed him that some of their powerhouses were not available or too far away as getting Project Ultron took immediate precedence. Magneto and his mutants were segregated from the base to accommodate the mutants vast abilities, HYDRA dealt with issues worldwide and couldn't reduce their manpower for the mission though they wished for their success.

With the team assembled and ready to go they set out to complete their mission.

A few hours later the team were approaching the compound of the Avengers were the Project was being stored. Kraven and Janice went ahead to do some scouting of the area, Kraven on the ground to search for traps and Janice to observe from the skies and check for any sign of activity.

Both reported back that there was nothing to report, no traps, no security, nothing. It seems as though the Avengers abandoned the warehouse after moving and simply kept the place to dump all their failed projects.

"Alright team, we're moving in. And be careful, just because their weren't any traps or personnel on site doesn't mean they haven't set up alarms to trigger in case of a break in." Felicia ordered over her com link.

"Copy that." Janice said.

"Agreed." Answered Kraven.

"Peter, you're with me. I've never been in the compound before so I'm going in blind. Your spider sense thing should let us know if there's trouble right?" She commanded.

"Yea, it should. Take things slow and if somethings up I'll warn you." Peter confirmed.

Felicia and Peter swung over to the roof of the warehouse, Peter with his web shooters, Felicia with her grapple gun.

"Here." She said pointing to an exterior vent.

Peter gave a thumbs up to acknowledge her and he pried the vent cover off, the screws that kept it in place popping out as he did so.

"My, my you're strong... or were you just showing off for me?" She teased him a little.

Peter blushed a bit under his mask, but he felt relieved, the teasing reminded him of his Felicia. 'I guess some things never change.' He thought.
