Hannahs Duo of Dilemmas

The next day after getting dressed, Charlie and Kate left to go to Chelsea's Bakery. Entering the town, the boy saw Carnival rides and game stands occupying the road. On the end of the street was an orange sign that said construction. Watching the workers as they set up everything, Charlie was amazed at the sight. Inside Chelsea's Bakery, the boy looked around and noticed how almost empty the place was.
There were very few people eating at tables and in the ordering line. The smell of fresh baked goods wafterd through the air and made Charlie's mouth water.After ordering, the boy then asked Chealsea why the bakery wasn't that busy. Then she told him that on some days the bakery didn't receive that many customers. Handing them their donuts, Chelsea asked them what their talent for the talent show was and Kate told her that they were going to both paint a picture. "Cool," Chelsea said. "Mmm Chhealse this is one of the best donuts I've ever had. ", Charlie told her. "Thanks," she said. "How do you make them taste so great?'' Charlie asked her.
"I'm sorry but it's a secret, so I can't actually tell you, sorry," Chelsea said. That's ok, but could you at least tell me how you guys came up with the creative flavors for these baked goods like the marshmallow-filled cupcake". "Yeah, some of these foods I came up with, for example, the Cherry filled cupcake. "Really, Cool", Charlie said. "Yeah", Chelsea said. Then I tell my parents and we think of ingredients we might need to make it. After finishing their donuts, thanking Chelsea, and ordering one for her mom, Kate and Charle left the Bakery and headed home.
Fo the rest of the day Charlie started brainstorming and sketching some ideas for what he could paint for the talent show. As he thought about Kate and how she wouldnt be doing anything for this years talent she.He knew she was great at oragami.He she had a great singing voice. After hearing about her embarrassing singing attempt, Charlie decided to help her fet over her fear so he could get the privilege of hearing her sing at the talent show.should just do it alone and that she really just wanted to watch him work his magic up on stage. Fisrst he started by hooking up Kates Karyokee Machine and talked her into giving him some performances.It took a few weeks, but he was finally able to convince her to get back into singing.Once she seemed comfortable,with that he took her to Karyokee nightsb at Chealseas Bakery to sing in front of a small group of people. As he listend to her voice Charlie was amazed to hear how much more confident she sounded from performancetoperformance.He was also delighted to see a smile decorate her face.To thank him for all his help Kate dedicated one of her songs to Charlie. On their way to Hannah's Bakery the next day,Kate told Charlie that she would try singing again for the talent show and Charlie told her that he had came up with a painting idea, but it would be a suprise.

Just as they were comming up to the bakery, the two of them heard screaming coming from Hannah's bakery. Worried, Charlie and Kate quickly rushed to the bakery and as they did, they saw people rapidly running out and screaming.
Opening the door and stepping inside, the two of them were shocked to see tiny black spiders crawling on the floor and up the walls and ceiling. "What happened Kate asked Hannah, who was hiding behind the counter. " I don't know, she said." We just came in here this morning and found them here", she continued. "Oh no, how are you going to get rid of them?"Kate asked her. "I don't know, '' Hannah said. " Don't worry guys, I have an idea", Charlie said.
Then he asked Hannah if she had any lemon spray. "Yes ", she said. Then Charlie asked her to grab that for him. Once he had received it, Charlie then sprayed it around the room.
Then all the spiders quickly crawled down from the walls and ceiling and headed out the door. Releived,Hannah thanked Kate for his help Charlie for his help
"You're welcome", Charlie told her, and then the two of them left to go home. At home, Charlie and Kate went upstairs to their rooms to work on their talent for the talent show. Starting out with a rough outline of his mysterious landscape,Charlie was halfway through when he heard a loud knock on the door.Oppening it up, he was met by a tall girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. It was Kate.She told him that she had just got a text from Hannah and she needed their help again.Then the two of them quickly, ran downstairs, told Kate's mom what they were doing, and then they left. Inside the bakeshop, Charlie and Kate walked up to Chelsea and as they did this they noticed that the shop was nearly empty. Looking at the girl's sad face, Kate asked her what was wrong. She then told the two that the book that had all the recipes on it had been stolen and then handed Kate a note she had found that read" Dear Chelsea If you want your family recipe book back you must get first place at the carnival bake show. Sincerely Ross and Benjamin Moore." " Now What am I supposed to show for the carnival? They have all of my ideas to choose from." " What if we helped you come up with a really delicious baked good for the Carnival," Charlie told her. " That's a great idea, thanks", Chelsea said. Chelsea told them to follow her and she led them into the back kitchen. Inside Chelsea introduced Charlie and Kate to her family and told them that they would help her come up with an amazing pastry for the upcoming  carnival. Before getting started, Kate texted her mom and told her what her and Charlie were doing . First, the three of them split up   scsearched all the shelfs and pantries in the store to see what kind oof ingrediansts they had. Chrlie different flovors of glazes andd frosting for donuts.Considering her Idea Hannah asked Kate to quickly run to the store to see what kind of useful items theybhad Taking this idea the group helped her make a cake using some of Chelsea's cupcakes, muffins, cookies, and other cake ingredients. With days and days of trial and error, the three of them were finally able to make a delicious cake.
