"She asked you to be a cheerleader??" Terry questioned loudly as the two walked towards their elective class. At Beauxbatons you would receive the normal classes like Defensive magic and transfiguration. But they also had to select three electives. Blair had chosen dance, Language and photography, whereas Terry had chosen dance, photography and drawing.
"Basically." Blair pursed her lips. "But it gets me to Hogwarts."
"And your mother will be there? Not the 'daddy material' dads?" Terry asked with a straight face making Blair shoot a glare in his direction. Terry held his hands up in defense. "You would say the same if my dad was a hottie with a body. Maybe he was- I'll have to search the yearbooks at Hogwarts when we go." Blair rolled her eyes at her friend as they reached their photography class.
"I'm just hoping I'll find out why mum hates Hogwarts so much. She acts like it's the most dangerous place in the world. Like a nightmare come true." Blair mumbled as they took a seat near some greenery.
"Think you'll find a secret brother there or something? Or are we sticking to the not wanting you to find love there?" Terry asked as he pulled out his fancy magic camera.
"Honestly, who knows."
"Did you know that cats can be allergic to people?" Terry spoke up as they sat in the great hall for lunch. Today was the last day before they would be going to Hogwarts for the tournament. Blair had received several letters from her mum and fathers. James talking about all the great things she would get to see and telling her to look for where the marauders had carved their names into the stone wall of the entrance to Honeydukes.
Sirius had told her about the possibility of seeing her cousin, Draco and telling her to ruffle his hair for him. Regulus mostly told her not to do anything her other fathers had told her to do. But Uncle Remus spoke of the scenery. The black lake that apparently was home to a giant squid. The whomping willow tree that nearly decapitated her uncle Severus. The monument that was built in memory of Lily and Severus Snape and also Peter Pettigrew.
"I wonder if you can be allergic to yourself if you're allergic to cats and transfigure into one?" Blair voiced causing Terry to widen his eyes.
"I heard there's a teacher at Hogwarts who is always a cat- although I believe she is an Animagus like your parents. But maybe we can ask her that." Terry said, grabbing Blair's hand and stealing a ring from her. A ring shaped like a blue fish chasing its tail. "You own the oddest jewelry." He pointed out before sliding the ring onto his pinky finger.
