Pop's

Appearance

Female Pop's wear colorful shirts, skirts, and shoes or flats. Some female Pop's also wear pants or shorts. Mostly, they like wearing dresses. Male Pop's wear colorful shirts and shoes, they wear pants or shorts as well. Their attire and hair are bright and colorful and they like to express themselves. Some Male Pop's hair sticks out, while female Pop's hair flows freely. Pop's also have rounded ears. Children and babies of this Tribe mostly resemble adults, but are smaller and have less hair.

Diet

The Pop's have a sweet tooth and eat mostly confectionery goods like cupcakes and ice cream. They also enjoy cotton candy and other sweets. They even love the bitter-sweet taste of gumdrops. They also eat fruits such as berries and love drinking juice. From time to time, there are a few Pop's who like to eat small insects.

Abilities

The Pop's are the most adapted at using their hair. They can swing faster through the trees than a Normal can walk. They are most reliant on their hair as it's their best natural defense, and they need to move it freely at a moment's notice. Pop's like the ancestors of Pop are physically strong enough to carry a number of other Musical's. When they pull their hair, it lights up.

Intellectual

The intelligence of the Pop's varies among members, but most appear to be average in such terms. However, their preference to always "be happy" can lead to severe underestimations from some of its members. For most Pop's, it's not a question of if something is intellectually stimulating or not to them. They just prefer to see the "fun" side of things over the dull side. Ignorance remains the biggest issue that members of this Tribe have, including when it comes to dealing with other Musical's or some Normal's, and this trait is displayed by even the smartest members. Their positivity, generosity, and trust are easily exploited and can be a severe weakness at times. The Pop's appear to be much more "average" in comparison to the other Tribes, which often have more unique tribal traits. As such, the Pop's tend to stand out in their behavior more than their abilities as a Tribe.

Behavior

The Pop's lives are carefree and the friendliest Musical's. They're among the friendlier Musical Tribes overall. A typical Pop is extremely happy, strives for happiness, and seeks fun above all things. They are prone to absolute panic when things go wrong, often overreacting in a comical way, the sole exceptions are their leaders (alongside those close to them like friends), who usually manage to remain level-headed.

The Pop's collectively aren't stupid, but often display certain amounts of ignorance. It is not that they don't mistrust or are cautious about others, it's that they're willing to try and come to a common ground, which separates them as a Tribe.

While the other Tribes tend to use specific terminologies related to their themes, such as the Techno's making use of puns by their name, the Classical's speaking with music theory terms and the Hard Rocker's making Rock-based puns, the typical Pop doesn't do any such thing. The only common way speech pattern they often use is simply a habit of using sweets and other treat-based analogies when looking for examples to talk about.

Social Structure

The Pop's are far more tolerant towards differences than Tribes tend to be, mostly because of how varied they themselves can be, which is evidenced by simple differences and their willingness to befriend Normal's.

Culture

Pop's enjoy singing and dancing. Pop's love music with a hum-able hook, and catchy tunes that get into your head and make you want to move your butt. Their music covers EDM, hip hop, and rap, and generally focuses on the theme of happiness and fun. For them, life is a giant party, and they're almost always singing, dancing, or hugging. Their dancing is quite varied with a lot of energy and different varied moves and is less distinct than what other Tribes tend to be. Pop's form together to do complimenting movements with each other that involve a lot of movement patterns, and use of their entire body. Pops are more positive, cheerful, sociable, and love to party. They're physically the second-strongest Musical. They care about nature and its resources. Pop's enjoy recycling and beach cleaning. Pop's also love having fun and making friends, including with the other Tribes. They're more energetic and more flexible than the other Tribes, so they can do a full split. Pop's love scrapbooking. They're among the friendlier Music Tribes. Pop's have a sweet tooth and like eating mostly cupcakes and ice cream. They're able to eat a lot of junk food without getting fat, sick, having a heart attack, having arteries clogged, and having cavities. But they do eat healthy foods. Pop's love music with a hum-able hook, enough beat, and melody, and catchy tunes that get into your head and make you want to snap your fingers, tap your toes, and move your butt. Their music covers EDM, hip hop, and rap, and generally focuses on the theme of happiness and fun. According to the story of the Strings, the Pop Trolls like to remix the music of other Troll Tribes.

They have DJs and turntables similar to the Techno's, but unlike their tribe, things are a lot more simplified. The Techno's music otherwise shares a lot of common themes with the Pop's. However, Pop's music is regarded as almost the complete opposite of the favored style.

Pop music, like other aspects of their culture, generally struggles to grasp the concept of sorrow and sadness, with this being foreign to their music as well.

Dancing Style

For these Musical's, life is a giant party, and they're almost always singing, dancing, or hugging. Pop dancing is quite varied with a lot of energy and different varied moves, and is less distinct than what other Tribes tend to be. They generally form together to do complimenting movements with each other that involve a lot of movement patterns and use of their entire body.

Technology

The Pop's focus on technology that can be easily recycled. However, they also have varying technological advancements, even though they generally don't display things that use too much modern technology, and have a technological level.

Habitat

The Pop's are forest Musical's and live among the trees in treehouses in a forest outside of Minnesota called Pop Village. The requirements they make for their home are fresh air, clean water, and sweet acoustics.

History

Pop's appeared during the Creation of the Cosmos. They were the first Musicals along with Funk's, Classical's, Techno's, Country's, and Hard Rocker's that lived on Earth. They became friends with Hip-Hop's, Rapper's, and Latin Pop's since they share almost the same music. They live in a forest outside of Amity Park, Minnesota called Pop Village, where they can sing, dance, and hug.
