A few days later Jack and Jessie made it back to camp informing them of the new duo looking for him and told everyone to be on guard

He was currently putting on a fresh clothing after being in the previous outfit for days in the desert after done he gathered the dirty clothes and set out to fine Maggie

With one look around the gangs camp he immediately found her and walked over to her

"Ms. Maggie"

"Mr. Jack I'm mighty happy you've returned Jake been scaring the ladies I feared he was gonna lose it if you didn't return"the woman spoke sending him a smile and Jack was immediately intrigued

"What did he do?"he questioned wondering what he second in command had done to betray him this time

"I suggest talkin to Kullen for the full story." She told him before grabbing the dirty clothes and walk off to the ladies who where washing the laundry to put his to the pile before helping themto get the wash done

Jack immediately set off to find Kullen and came across Wendy first

"Ah! Jack I've gotten some information of the two lookin for you I've already told Jake about it he said he'd tell you so question is did he?"she questioned and Jack saw it was clear everyone was growing weary of the man

"No he didn't I haven't even seen him since me and Jessie got back"he answered the woman who tensed a little before rolling her eyes

"Of course he's missing why am I not surprised anyway, got word the man's name is Hoyt Walker and the woman is a lady called Betty I couldn't get a last name though sorry jack"she told him and Jack nodded appreciating her information

"Thank you Wendy keep your guard up"he spoke and Wendy tip her hat in goodbye as she walked away and jack continued on looking for Kullen or Jake but thankfully he found the one he trust more

"Mr. Bohannon, I've been told you have take for me"Jack spoke to the man who was lending against a tree a little outside of camp smoking a cigar

"That I do Marston it's about Jake"he told his boss as jack lit his own cigar

"What that bastard do this time"Jack spoke starting to feel like his once closest friend was starting to feel like a liability

"Well more like what didn't he do, the way he decided to lead us while you where gone he was treating it like you where never returning and that it was good thing like he had something to do with you being away from us so he could take command" Kullen spoke and jacks anger grew slightly

"Hmm I'll have a talk with him" he told Kullen but he man shook his head

"He needs more than a talk Jack, Butcher caught him stealing camp funds and taking provisions and whisky meant for the whole gang to his tent and didn't help restock it"Kullen told the man, Jack just nodded understanding before bidding him a goodbye and walked back into camp
