(A/N : Went back and changed aura to haki, since I prefer it that way)

(Rimuru's Perspective)

It has been around 26 days since I brought Veldora into the imaginary space

Nothing has really happened since then

Ciel-san and I have been watching the entrance to the sealed cave all of this time

Other than the scouts from the free guild, no one else has come here

Although I say that, but there were a lot  of scouts

As I said, nothing really happened

Until now, that is

We saw the first direwolf scouts in the north of the sealed cave, while we were taking a stroll to patrol the area

The moment they saw us, they immediately went to attack us

At that moment, I released a tiny bit of my [Haki of the End], which was acquired upon my evolution to the Slime of the End

The direwolves scrammed in an instant, horrified of my haki

Eh?

Isn't this a bit too early?

I activate Universal Perception along with Discoverer of Truth and search the surrounding area

Then, I located them

13 Goblins and 4 direwolves

"Ciel-san, were my calculations incorrect?" I ask

"No Master, I do not have the sufficient information in order to explain the speed at which the direwolves arrived here" She replied

So even Ciel-san doesn't know why?

Did a variable occur already?

Ugh I can't seem to catch a break

(3rd Person Perspective)

The direwolves had come to the Great forest of Jura early

Why would that be?

The only answer is Rimuru Tempest haki that was felt before he materialized in this world

The fact that his haki only appeared for a moment only to disappear right after caused the direwolves to move their base closer to the Great forest of Jura

An illogical move, caused by the illogical being called Rimuru Tempest, the Viscous Dragonoid Stellar Void Chaos God

The thirteen Goblins were fighting the 4 direwolves in a desperate struggle, even though they held numerical supperiority

That was only natural

Goblins are far weaker, both physically and menially than the direwolves. To win against a direwolf, at least 10 goblins had to fight together, with their old and crumbling decrepit equipment

Such was the disparity between their races

But now, it was a hopeless situation

The goblins, yes they had the numerical superiority, but it only was thrice the number of the direwolves. Nowhere near enough to even come close to winning against them. The goblins' leader was racking his brain, thinking of ways they could potentially turn this situation around or to manage to retreat, but due to the goblins' limited intelligence, he couldn't come up with anything

The goblin leader stepped forward, resolved to protect his brethren, when one of the direwolves lashed out at him

The goblin leader tried to dodge, and due to being a named monster, he managed to evade the claw strike
