After the day was done and we were back stage we had gotten the time to relax. It felt nice you know just lying there not having to worry about a thing. But one thing I've had on my mind recently. It had been our most frequent fan to come along ever. It seems I can't get over her. Her beautiful (e/c) irises her lovely (h/l) (h/c) hair she was stunning to say the least. "Hey Shiver!" I had heard Frye making me snap back into reality "oh hey Frye" I had replied "you good? Looks like something on your mind" she gasps "oh! Was it about that one octoling that comes by and watches us preform! You like her don't you! " My eyes widened "i- no! I don't like her pretty face and her- UGH I DON'T LIKE HER" I said " YOU SO DO!" Frye giggles "ugh I'm going on a walk!" I had said "Oki dokie!" I walk out from back stage and start my way off

As I walk around I bump into someone "oh! I am so sorry here let me help you up!" As I grab the persons hand I look at their face. It was the octoling from the crowd.

"Don't be, I wasn't looking where I was going"

The (h/c) octoling had smiled and giggled "I still feel really bad about it though" the octoling had laughed "don't worry about it!" She said to me "know what let's get to know each other! My name is (Y/N)!" The octoling, (Y/N), had said "I'm shiver but you may have already known that" I awkwardly smiled. "Ya know what let's go to Crusty Sean's tomorrow afternoon!" (Y/N) had said "l-like a date?" I had stuttered "Yeah like a date!" I look at her and smile "I look forward to it!" I had said as she let go of my hand and ran off to her home

"Do I have a crush?"

I didn't realize it then through my confidence earlier that I had asked out shiver. I had stood in front of my door internally screaming. I had walked inside to be greeted by my older brother standing in the doorway "so where have you been?" He had asked "I was at splatfest?" "Yeah but it ended an hour ago. So where have you been?" He asked again "I wanted to take a walk. Jeez I'm not 5 Nito" you had told your brother "look shorty I just worry about you" "yeah yeah. Now let me through I need to sleep I've got a date with someone tomorrow and I don't what to be late to it" you said "who is it with?" He questioned "with shiver" I say bluntly to tired to even talk right at the moment "wait with THE shiver?! Look at you go!" "Yeah whatever now let me through mountain man" "sure thing shorty!". I had mad it to my room and got ready for bed.
