This is my first Wattpad story, so please don't judge it too badly. I would like to hear your feedback so I might be able to improve my writing skills. I apologize in advance for any typos or bad grammar. Will contain some bad language, so be warned. There may be some suggestive stuff but nothing more than that in this sense. I don't own any of these characters except Thalia, unless I announce a new one in a future chapter.

------------------------------------------------------------

3 years after Steve and Natasha had their first son James, they began thinking about trying for a girl.

~~~~~~~~
Thalia and her brother James were training again.
Every morning, they would get up and train at the gym a few blocks from their house. They always got up at around 6:30 to get ready and walk there. Their parents Steve and Natasha Rogers taught them how to fight so they would always have a way to defend themselves. Therefore they would use their sessions to sharpen and improve their skills. At the end of most of their training sessions, the two of them always had a sparring match.
As children of 2 of the original Avengers, people always expected more from them than from other kids. Even at the age of 3 and 7, the press always seemed to find a way to interfere with the security system Tony had installed to the Rogers house when they first moved out of the compound. Even now, years later they always seemed to get around the fences and walls around their house.
"Lets take a quick water break." panted James after a while of sparring. He had just recently gotten knocked down by his younger sister who had put a bit too much force into the take-down, resulting in him hitting his back on the floor too hard. He was still a bit sore from it so he needed a break. Again.
"Fiiiine" Thalia groaned in annoyance. She was tired of her brother's whining about his back. She personally thought that he was exaggerating the pain, because she really didn't think he landed that hard. But still, for his sake and hers, she went easy on him knowing that otherwise it would be worse than just taking a break every 5 minutes.
After a small break, they were back at it.
20 minutes later they hit the showers and took their time knowing that their parents knew their routine and wouldn't worry if they took a little while.
~~~~~~~~

"Mom! We're home!" shouted Thalia the moment they closed the door.

Currently, their mom and dad each went on 2 missions a month and never at the same time so one of them was always home. At the moment, their dad Steve was on a mission and Natasha was home with them.

"Perfect." Natasha said quickly as she walked over to them, grabbed their stuff from them, and turned and put it in the closet. "You aunt Wanda is here. She wants to see you guys. Come on, let's go." she ushered them along.

"Mom?" James said uneasily, "are you okay?"

"Yes honey, I'm fine." She said in an exhausted tone.

Natasha didn't look fine. She had dark rings under her eyes and tear stains on her cheeks. James and Thalia noticed it, but didn't say anything. They allowed her to guide them along to the guest bedroom where Wanda sat on the bed. Just a moment of searching Wanda's face, you could see that she had also been crying. Though she didn't have the same dark circles under her eyes.

"Hello dears." Wanda got up to embrace them and they heard her hoarse voice but once again, they said nothing. They allowed her to embrace them as they hugged her back.

"Hi aunt Wanda!" Thalia said in her closest thing to an uplifting voice. She wanted to comfort them without having them recount why they were crying. She knew all that would do was get them to cry more, and they probably wouldn't tell her why anyways.

James looked at her out of the corner of his eye. He noticed that her smile was a bit too bright to be a real one so he followed her example, plastering a large fake smile on his face as well.
