After reading the book, he wondered to himself what his first great attack would be, until he remembered he had a surplus of nuclear weapons in his storage facilities. In the wake of this, he wondered who or what he would attack first. He observed every nation. "Which country do I want to go for?" he asked himself. "Maybe that little union over there" He said while pointing towards Exileville. EV is an extraordinarily strong nation, and although Kilometer knew this, he kept his promise, beginning his first attack on Exileville. The morning afterwards, everyone was doing their daily tasks until a missile was heading directly towards their capital. Immediately, McVee fired at the missile, setting it off before it could reach. Kilometer fired many more missiles, yet somehow McVee stopped every single one. Immediately Kilometer was angered. Heading straight towards the country with the bomb. But as he was heading there, Karakane has secretly sniped him from behind. However, right before he was shot, Kilometer lit the bomb up, blowing up a significant amount of Exileville. Kilometer wakes up in a hospital, unsure of which nation he was in until Kolp walked in. "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO ME?!" Kilometer shouted. "What did I do? WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU TRYING TO DO TO OUR COUNTRY??" Kolp screamed back. "I WAS TRYING TO ACHIEVE MY GOALS!" Kilometer stated. "Goals of what? Blowing up countries? This is why you are fucking homeless." Kolp responded. Kilometer "I'M NOT FUCKING HOMELESS! WHAT WOULD YOUR DUMBASS KNOW ABOUT ME?" Kilometer screamed. "I KNOW THAT YOU ARE JUST SOME PATHETIC LITTLE MEN THAT HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN DESTROY OTHER PEOPLES HOMES BECAUSE YOU CLEARLY DO NOT HAVE ONE WITH YOUR BROKE ASS." The argument escalated a bit further before Karakane and Red came to stop them before anything else happened. Kilometer shoved them out of the way and stormed out of the prison. Because he had the book, he knows their backstories, shocked about what had happened. Following the argument, Kolp had grown significant hatred towards Kilometer, and while this was happening, Katredron had gotten into a tense relationship with Karakane, as earlier that day the two had an argument. Because Kolp was a part of Exileville, which was led by Karakane, Kilometer and Katredron planned to attack. The two met in the woods, where Katredron made a deal that he would give him more energy for his energy blaster if he agreed to help, which he accepted. The other citizens of Winterland would not interfere with the new rivalry. The very next day, the new war (Katredron & Kilometer v. Exileville) would occur.
