When the two met, he warned Kilometer about Team Justice and their plans. He tried finding Katredron, but it was too late. Knowing that they were next, the two decided to form their own alliance, named the "Defense Pact." After the formation, they managed to recruit Red in as well. But despite it, just them three wouldn't be enough to go against Team Justice. They also had no idea where Team Justice was or were they hid Kat and Vee. Because of this, they looked to recruit a few more, starting with Tay. Tay has a history with Katredron, as well as usually aligning himself in the opposing side of conflicts. He's also very formidable, which is why they knew he would be good for them. The next was Devan, who is also a very formidable and powerful individual. Even then, they still were not fully sure if it would be enough to fight back. They then knew that if they really wanted to overpower Team Justice, they would have to form new alliances, which is exactly what they'd do. They'd ask people like Crimaxel, Tarsaaur, Goldbear and Era. After numerous discussions and planning, they managed to get them all in the alliance. Finally, a new counterforce was growing, and battle was soon to occur. The others had no idea what was coming. The new alliance created a meeting room to discuss exactly how they were going to act, and would prepare everything they had to take down Team Justice. There was a small catch though. Kolp already had feelings that such would occur, and he would do everything to achieve his goal of revenge. He wanted all of them killed, and after finding out about the new pact, each of them became his targets. He informed the others about the pact, knowing that a war was soon to commence. Somehow, a world meant for peace, reconciliation and redemption has already started descending into chaos. But that was not all. The UPCW later found out about the pact and the growing conflicts. And unfortunately, simply using diplomacy and talking things through was largely ineffective, but they also heavily wanted to avoid war. They even went as far as lowering the positions of each member of the two alliances, as well as revoking some of their powers and rights, but clearly none of their punishments was effective enough to stop them. Several meetings between the others took place, discussing what they were going to do. But then, it would soon click to them that the best they could do was wait for the two opposing alliances to go into battle, where they'd jump in the middle to hopefully stop it all. After that, everyone was ready. All sides prepared for what would be the final war, the great war. The war to end all wars... Chaos War X.
