Sunghoon's walked into town with a big smile, a single magic rose in his hands which currently was red, radiating his confidence.

He spotted Wonyoung talking to the elderly, who seemed to be asking about her life in the city.

"Yes Halmeoni, I've been studying well" Wonyoung said, tucking the loose hair behind her hair.

Sunghoon smiled, quietly approaching her.

"Are you recently meeting someone dear?" The old man asked.

Sunghoon slowed down a bit upon hearing this.

Wonyoung looked down for a moment. "Uhm.....well, speaking of that. I......" She took a gulp. "I actually have a boyfriend"

Sunghoon froze in his tracks, as the rose in his hands started to loose its red glow.

"He's kinda nice actually" Wonyoung continued on, a small smile on her face. "He's a little bit taller than me, and he's shockingly a good cook"

Sunghoon's eyes glistened with tears threatening to fall. No matter how hard he tried read her mind, it was all true. None was a lie.

Sunghoon dropped the rose to the ground, stepping back into the shadows when he suddenly stepped on a twig.

*snap!*

Wonyoung turned around, alarmed. "Who's there?"

Sunghoon immediately ran at the back of a house and ran back to their house up the hill.

"Hello?" Wonyoung stepped forward, peeking around. "Anyone there?" Her eyes then landed on the flower on the ground. She picked it up, as the once red rose turned to a deep blue one.

Wonyoung looked around, seeing no one else.

"Huh, that's suspicious" She muttered, walking back to where the villagers are gathered.

As Sunghoon clumsily ran, he bumped into a few someones.

"Sunghoon! So how'd it go?" Hoseok asked with a big smile on his face.

"Did she say she likes you too?" Seokmin asked from behind, squealing silently.

Sunghoon kept quite, keeping his head down.

Hoseok's smile faltered. "Hoonie.....what's wrong?"

Sunghoon sniffled, before finally looking up, his tear-stained face coming into view. "She has a f*cking boyfriend" He said in a hush tone.

Yoongi appeared beside Hoseok, a small frown on his lips. "Oh Sunghoon...."

Sunghoon was engulfed into a hug as the first tear dropped.

Yoongi patted his back. "Shh, shh, shh, it's gonna be okay Sunghoon"

Heeseung and the other 5 looked at each other.

"Hoon hyung" Sunoo frowned, side- hugging the older. "I'm so sorry this happened" He whispered, as the rest of the Enhypen brother surrounded him to a group hug.

Yoongi quietly slipped out and made his way to Jin, who gave sad eyes at the scene.

"I can't believe Wonyoung already has a boyfriend" Seungkwan muttered.

"I thought the reason Wonyoung only comes here was because she still loves Sunghoon" Jun muttered.

The dance teacher eyed him. "You sound like you and Wonyoung are close"

Jun nodded. "Because we are. She was my little assistant back then. She used to talk to me too whenever she wants to get something off her chest" Jun paused. "She once told me she liked Sunghoon and that was the main reason why she kept coming back here in Seoul, specifically on Sunghoon's birthday"

Jihoon's lips tightened, as the boys broke the hug. Sunghoon sniffled, as Heeseung wiped the tears of his face. "There, there, it's gonna be alright Hoon" Heeseung said, giving a soft smile.

"Now show us that smile, hm?" Jake said, placing his arm on Heeseung's shoulder.

Sunghoon wiped the remaining tears off his face before flashing a small smile.

"There we go" Jay said, patting his back. "Are you ready to go back? Niki still has some candles to blow"

Sunghoon looked at Niki before nodding. "Sure....L-Let's go"

"There's our Niki-ah!" One of the villagers said as the family arrived once again.

"What took you so long? We only have 2 minutes!" One of the ladies said as Sunoo pushed Niki into the front.

"Aigoo" One of the old ladies cooed, pinching Niki's cheek. "You've grown so much Niki-ah"

Niki let out a shy chuckle. "A-Ah, t-thank you halmeoni Choi"

Niki suddenly heard strumming of a guitars as he turned around to see Jisoo playing, a smile on his face as he sang, "Happy birthday to you~"

"Happy Birthday to you"

"Happy birthday dear Niki"

Niki felt another presence behind him and turned around only to see Wonyoung standing there, holding a cake.

"Happy Birthday to you~"

Taehyung glanced at the cake before flicking his fingers as the candles lit up.

Wonyoung let out a small giggle as he faced the younger boy. "Happy Birthday Niki-ah"

Niki chuckled. "First to Sunghoon hyung, now to me?" He joked.

Wonyoung laughed at that. "Just blow the candles Niki"

Niki grinned, closing his eyes before blowing them all out.

The crowd filled into claps again as Lee Hyun yelled "Let us begin another party!" Before music began playing.

Chan placed a hand on the birthday boy's shoulder. "So what'd you wish for?"

Niki looked at him and smugly smiled. "Now why would I tell you that?" He sassed, before walking away.

Niki sighed once he was out od the crowd.
