It's been three days since that night. Tati hit me up but I haven't responded. I feel like I'm getting too attached to shorty and I'm not even gone put myself in that situation.
"You heard me bruh?" Duke said pulling me out my thoughts.

"I said the girls coming in a lil." He shrugged while sitting back on his couch.
"Who?" I asked even though I already knew who he was going to say.
"Tati and Naomi. And tank finna come with his girl too I think."
I just nodded before sitting back. This finna be some shii.
Tati POV-
"Where we going?" I said after I hopped in the car with Mimi. She just called me and told me to get dressed.

"We going to Duke crib." She said and I nodded before thinking.
"Who all over there?" I asked hoping she wasn't gone say that nigga name.
"Ummm... it's Duke, Tank, his new girl Vannah, and.... Polo." She said while looking over at ne apologetic. I just rolled my eyes.
"Come on I feel like it would be good for y'all to see each other in person."
I sucked my teeth. "Why do we need to see each other in person? That nigga can't even send a text back."
I was a lil hurt by him not texting back when I was just trying to make sure he was straight. But it is what it is.
"Ok maybe you can check him about that today. I know you mad right now but deep down you know you still care." She said and I just rolled my eyes again and sat back.
"Bitch come on! I'll buy you wings after." She said making me look over at her before smiling.
"Igh fine. Let's go." I said before we both laughed.
We pulled up to his apartment and got out. We walked up the stairs to his door and she knocked.
"Who it is?" Duke yelled from the door.
"Me nigga!" Mimi said back before the door unlocked revealing Duke.
"Hey baby." He greeted her with a mouth full of grills and embraced her in a hug.
"Wassup sis." He nodded his head at me.
"Don't speak to me yall know what y'all doing." I said referring to Polo and he caught on before giving a apologetic look.
He let us in and we went to the living room where Polo sat looking down at his phone. "Hey polo." Mimi said causing him to look up. He looked between the both of us before focusing on her.
"Wassup." He said before looking back down. Me and Mimi shared a look before going to sit.
We heard the door open and some voices before Duke, Tank, this short darkskin pretty girl, and another guy came through the door.
"Wassup y'all. This my girl Vannah and my bro." Tank introduced them.
"Ouu she's pretty!" Naomi said and I agreed while Vannah smiled.
"Thank you. Y'all pretty too." She said and we smiled at her before tank sat her down on his lap on the couch.
"I could sit here?" I heard someone ask making me look over. It was the guy they invited. I nodded my head and he smiled showing his pearly white teeth. He was attractive. He sat down and extended his hand out to me.
"Im kai." He introduced himself and I took his hand.
"Tati."
"That's a pretty name. You gotta boyfriend Tati?" He said getting straight to the point catching me off guard.
"N- Dawg you was just at yo babymomma house." Tank interrupted and Kai sucked his teeth.
"Nigga hush!" He said and I just shook my head laughing.

"Let me get yo number." He said while licking his lips.
"Naw seem like you got a lot on yo plate. Ian breaking up no happy home." I said and he sucked his teeth.
"I just wanna make a new friend. Let me get yo ig then." He said trying to seem innocent.
I looked across the room seeing Polo giving me a death glare.

I rolled my eyes at him before turning back to Kai. I held my hand out and he smirked before putting his phone in it.
I typed in my Instagram and followed myself before giving it back to him.
"Yo ass better follow me back." He warned and I let out a small fake laugh.

Polo POV-
"Yo ass better follow me back." This lame ass nigga said. She let out a fake ass laugh making me glare at her harder.
Why is she playing with me right now?
He leaned in and whispered something in her ear making me ball my fists.
I stood up and walked over to them before swiftly lifting her up off the couch by her jacket and dragging her outside.
"Yo let me go." She said while trying to get out of my hold.
"Why you in there chatting with that lame ass nigga?" I said while letting her go. She quickly fixed herself.
"I can talk to whoever the fuck I want to talk to Polo I'm grown!" She yelled.
Tati POV-
"Stop fucking playing with me Tatiana. And thats not my name." Taurus said while gripping me up by my throat bringing me closer to him.

"Why do you care who I'm talking to?" I said trying to stand my ground.

"Cause what?" I said while raising my eyebrow.
It was a long pause and he looked away from me.
"Just come on." He said before letting me go and going downstairs. I stood there looking dumb before sighing and following after him.
He opened the passenger door before going around and getting in the driver side. I got inside as he started the car.
"Where you taking me?" I asked and he ignored me making me roll my eyes. I sat back as he pulled out the parking lot.
