why did I fall for her (wenclair)

visions

(Before we start some of you might find this upsetting and offensive. So TW for some)

Wednesday's pov:

I bump into someone and have a vision as a result.

-vision-

I am what appears to be some sort of.. party? I turn to gaze as I rush through groups of people dancing. A red door is visible when I scan a less busy area. I get closer because it was a blood-red tint. I listen with my ear to the door. I can hardly make out talking. I notice a long hallway when I open the door. The door closes behind me as I begin to move, and I have no idea what this vision is about. I look at the door on my right. I listen to it once more and recognize the voice.When I open the door, Enid and a boy are siting on a bed. I am aware he is the new student at the school. Why does he have my Enid?

"Enid, you must proceed. Find a better person." He touches her thigh with his hand. She inhales deeply while looking down. "Like me.." He raises an eyebrow and smirks. "I know, but I honestly believe I do love her. She has become increasingly distant ever since he returned. You're a good person, but I think I was simply acting flirtatious out of jealousy. No hard feelings." Enid says, shoving his hand away. "You know you love me, Enid. I know it's not an act, despite what you might think." He slowly rubs his fingers up her thigh as he places his hand back . "Please stop  I mean it. I'm sorry, but I can't harm her like this" She retreans a little.

My heart starts to race as they communicate. How dare he touch her. If this wasn't a vision, by now I would have murdered him. His hands are now on her waist as he pushes in closer. "Hurry up, Enid. We'll leave it at that, just a tiny taste of you." He says, leaning closer to her neck. I am unable to do anything but watch as my heart starts to tremble. I've always stood up for Enid, but now I can only look. "This is your final opportunity. Leave me alone!" He was scolded by Enid. She got to her feet and began to back into the same space that I am in. Ajax suddenly came up behind her as she went for the door. "What place do you suppose you're headed, pup?" Pushing her onto the bed, he grinned. Enid began to sob. "The youngster and Ajax began taking their belts off. "Get the f*ck out of her face!" I screamed. "Did you hear that? " The boy gave Ajax a look. I soon understood that they hadn't heard me. It was simply future me, I suppose. "Get out of there, you assholes!" The future me shouted. I've never been that angry before.

-vision ends-

When finally my vision ends, the person I had run into had their back to me. The worst vision I've ever had was that. I could not bear the idea of Enid suffering harm. Who would harm a girl like her in such a way? She is gentle, joyful, and possesses a delicate heart that only a select few may possess. Somehow, despite my lack of emotional expression, I manage to win Enid over. I hope. The jealousy and anger fade soon because I am now.. upset. I lifted my head to stop a tear from streaming down. I'm not sure why, but it stings that I care so much about the complete opposite of who I am.

Enid's pov:

I believe I might like Wednesday after all. Everything Yoko told me makes sense. Divina approaches yoko and me. "Hey, baby." She gives yoko a smile. Yoko smiles while kissing her siren girlfriend as she glances up. I'm reminded of Wednesday by this. Now, I long for her touch. "I better start going now. I'll talk to you all later!" I say departing before giving them a chance to say bye. "We have more time. Let's take this some place else." Yoko winks at the woman who is squeezing her onto her lap.

The conversation with Yoko was really confusing. I scan the park and spot Wednesday relaxing on a bench. She appears upset. Xavier sits next to her and extends his hand as I'm ready to approach. She allowed him to grasp her hand while she starts speaking. He smiles and nods his head. Wednesday feels a small sofen in her face as he continues to murmur in her ear.
It makes me.. jealous as I move toward Wednesday. "Well, fancy seeing you here Wednesday."  I say, Clearly irritated. He continues to hold Wednesday's hand. "Hello, Enid." She speaks quietly. "Xavier, I'll talk to you later." She responds by caressing his hand and rising. He winks at her while grinning. I yell at her and drag her away. "The two of you, huh?" I say, sliding my tongue around in my mouth as I look her up and down. "No, he was merely consoling me. He is an excellent friend." This aggravates me. "Whatever." I say as I start to leave, and she soon follows.
