Academy City ┃ Japan ┃ October 9th
The sounds of many large explosions ripped through the skies within Academy City.
Each shock wave caused by these explosions created various havoc; such as shattering countless glass windows belonging to various buildings and strike numerous vehicles a few yards away from their initial position.
The cause of all this destruction was due to a battle between the #1 and #2.
To which the victor has been decided.

Kakine: (Damn it... all...)
Within the center of the destroyed crossroad, is Kakine Teitoku, the second ranked level 5 esper.
Who is now lying there on the ground with his body stained by grime. A puddle of blood was slowly spreading underneath him.
Despite his critical state, he was still clinging on to life even though his consciousness was hanging on by a thread. He just needed a little more time to regain his strength.
