He had remembered his name. Thomas.
. . .
"I can't believe we're about to break into a nursing home." Scott says and I chuckle. "After the orderlies at Eichen House, pretty sure we can handle some nurses." Malia says and I chuckle, true.
We get inside and Malia grabs the service man, slams his head on the table and locks him in a room somewhere.
We look at Scott who seems to have actual pain with it, but we all ignore it. We get up, towards Mr. Stilinski's room.
Once we've entered he turns around, surprised. "Yes? Is it time for my medicine?" He asks and I look at the other three.
"We don't have your medicine." Malia says and glances at me. "Oh," he says, sad. "Are you Elias Stilinski?" He asks, a soft instrumental music playing on the background.
"I am." He says, sort of unsure.
"I'm Lydia Martin. Do you know who I am?" She asks and I frown. Should he? "Should I?" He asks and I mentally chuckle.
"Hey, Mr. Stilinski. We're looking for somebody who might be named Stiles." I say and look at him. "You went by that name in the Army, right?" Scott continues and he nods. "Yes. Best years of my life." He says and I look at him.
"Do you know any of us?" She asks and he nods. "How could I ever forget my own son?" He suggests, looking at Scott. "Your son?" He asks and we all share a glance. "Mr. Stilinski, what year is it?" Lydia asks and Mr. Stilinski frowns. "1976. Its my sons birthday next week." He says and Lydia looks at Scott.
"He has dementia." She says and I sigh. "Is it time... for my medicine?" He asks and I feel wind rushing behind me. Quickly looking back I see... nothing.
I look at Scott, seeing he definitely heard.
It was getting dark, and we sat down at the table. "I'm Scott mccall sir," Scott says and I sigh. "Scott McCall? No, no, no, you're my son." He says and Malia looks out of the window. "Keep it down, old guy." She snaps and I look at her.
"You'll wake the other old people." She says and starts eating his beans. "I don't like her." He says to Lydia, who starts sitting down. "Your son, he's the sherriff of Beacon Hills." He says and I see him getting confused.
"No, no, no. I was in the army." He says stuttering. "Use your claws Scott." Malia says and I look at him. "It could kill him." He says and Scott looks at Elias. "I get that, but we're running out of time." He says and Malia gets her claws out.
"Wait." I hiss, grabbing her hand. "Let me try something." I say and look back at Elias. "Lady, you need to chip your nails."
. . .
"You, shouldn't be here. If you don't leave, I'll have to report you!" He says and I frown. Huh? "What's happening?" I ask and Lydia tilts her head. "The sun went down. He's sundowning." She says and when everyone gives her a questioning look, she explains.
"It's when dementia patients lose their faculties after the sun goes down." Shit. "I don't want to talk to you anymore!" He says, starting to yell. "What do we do?" Malia asks and I start shivering a little.
"We wait until the sun comes back up." I hear something, turning around. I walk towards the sound, ignoring the ongoing conversation.
"Remember." I whisper. I hear galopping. "Shit." I whisper to myself, quickly running back.
"Guys-" I say and see Elias looking at me. "Stop talking," Malia says, her eyes turning blue. "And you- the girl who he won't shut up about." He says and I frown. "Me? Who won't shut up?" I ask and look at him.
"He really believed you two were gonna last, ha!" He laughs and Malia gets out her claws. "Malia!" Scott yells the same time the sherriff enters. "Enough!" He yells and I turn around.
"Sherriff, we uh," Scott stammers, looking at a very angry sherriff. "I explicitly told you not to come here. And who attacked a staff member?" He asks and the staff member who Malia attacked, did in fact remember her.
"That's her." He says and Malia growls lowly. "What the hell were you thinking?" He asks and Elias interrupts, thankfully. "Noah. We were just having a nice conversation." He says and I look at the sherriff. "The four of you, out." He commands and I listen, starting to walk.
"Noah-" Elias whines.
"That's right! Act like I'm not even here!" He yells and I see Mr. Stilinski stopping. "Go crawling back to your dead wife and loser son!" He starts yelling and I gasp silently.
"What did you say?" He whispers, turning around.
"Is it time for my medicine?" Then, it clicked.
Why I couldn't remember Claudia. Car keys, a blank picture. Dead wife, loser son. Claudia had a miscarriage, but what if she didn't? What if... she did have the baby?
I quickly run after the rest, gasping. "Guys! I know who it is!" I yell and they stop, turning around. "It's-" I stop, hearing the clicking of boots.
"Guys." I say, my heart beating rapidly. "He's here." I whisper, seeing the ghost rider right in front of me.
I start tearing up, stepping backwards.
"No, no, this can't be happening."
"Rosalynn we're going to protect you, stay right behind me." Scott says and they go into fighting mode.
"I'm gonna bring him back," I say. "Even if it's the last thing I do."
Suddenly,
Everything went black.
