Kara was back in the house while watching the TV about the plane that almost crashed in Kansas. No one knew what caused the plane to start but that the fact that everyone was still safe was the true miracle. Martha came out with some iced tea and handed it to Kara, "Are you ok?" She asked as she looked at her.

"I'm fine, nothing hit against me and I made sure no one saw me," Kara said as she gave a small smile at Martha. "How's Pa?" She asked.

Martha sighed and she shook her head, "Resting finally," she spoke. "But the plane coming down was starting to get him to act up. Just right now, hopefully his medicine causes him to calm down."

"I want to help out people more, not just...internships at the Daily Planet or some news organizations," Kara looked down as she looked at her glass before taking another sip of her tea. "But stopping stuff like what happened with my powers."

"Kara," Martha sighed as she put a hand on her shoulder.

Kara looked at her adopted mother, "I've saved the people on the plane Ma! I have powers that can save everyone and also bring peace to the world," she said as she looked at her hands. "I am able to bend steal, blow out fires, lift heavy objects but...why?" She asked.

Martha looked up as she then sighed and looked at Kara, "Kara. We don't know why you're here or how you found us as your family," she stated as she grabbed Kara's hands. "I just know that you're here for a reason and it's not to force world peace," she said as she gave a smile.

"But it's frustrating not knowing why I have these powers, how you guys found me in a rocket, or what were I'm from," Kara said as she set her glass down and hugged her mother carefully. "I want to help people with my powers," she whispered as she closed her eyes.

Martha just stayed silent as she hugged Kara back. She closed her eyes and rubbed her back and just let Kara vent, to get it out of her system. Martha released the hug and looked at her, "Kara...we need or for now, I need to show you something," she stated. Martha then lead Kara out to the barn and opened it before she looked down at the hay on the floor.

"If this is showing me the rocket, you have already shown it to me," Kara stated sarcastically as she grabbed a handle that was carefully hidden with the hay. She pulled it up showing a storm shelter that the both went into.

The two went inside and looked around the storm shelter until coming up to the rocket that carried Kara to Earth. Kara looked at the rocket ship as she put her hand against it before looking at Martha. She felt some of the engravings on it while she saw Martha pulling out something wrapped in cloth. "What's that?" She asked as she never seen that before, especially in the storm shelter.

Martha looked at Kara as she unwrapped the cloth revealing a green crystal. Kara picked it up as it glowed while she looked at it. "It was in the ship when we found you," Martha said while she looked at Kara. "We knew that you had questions that we can never answer, but hopefully. This will give them to you, its the summer so you don't have to worry about school," she said before giving Kara a small smile. "I'll make sure Johnathan is alright while you're away, and we'll be ok," she said before giving a small smile to Kara.

Kara looked at Martha, "You knew this would happen, didn't you?"

Martha sighed, "We can't shield you from the world forever. Also you might be able to find the answers that we can never answer," she said before leaving Kara.

Out in the Skull ship as the robot inside just stared at the bottles of cities while its cold steel feet clinked against the floor as it then stopped at a few empty bottles. A smaller probe robot came towards the robot and present a holographic image of a green man with blonde facial hair, a cleared dome on the top of his head with three lines in a pattern of a upside triangle and three nodes at the points, and wearing a black suit and a purple cape. "Report," the robot stated towards the green man.
