GOOD LORD I FORGOT AB THIS
---

I awkwardly coughed into my fist and looked between the two men sitting across from me. "So... what is this about?" I questioned.

Genos sat up a bit straighter and replied, "You're an official hero, so I thought I'd introduce Master to you in an attempt to get information on the tests prior to being a certified hero."

The bald man to the left of him casually ate the cookies I had sitting in my kitchen a minute ago. He'd picked it up and brought it over to the small table in my living room. I didn't really offer those, but it wasn't like I've eaten much of them since buying them. I lost interest in them after having one once a day last week.

"Uh, I guess that's a good idea. It's not like the tests are very complicated, though. There is a fitness one and then an essay type of question. I didn't score very high on the latter, so I was thrown into Class B for a while," I explained.

"Both of those tests will be of no issue for my master and I, then," Genos said, nodding slightly.

I shrugged. "Sounds good. Speaking of your master, it's nice to meet you," I said, my words directed towards the bald man.

He stopped spacing out and looked at me. "Ah, nice to meet you, too. I think I've seen you somewhere, though," he responded.

This is where I should have just said exactly where we met before, but I didn't. It's embarrassing to remember meeting people and them not knowing you at all. So, obviously I should play dumb.

"I've no clue what you might be referring to," I stated. Well, maybe I shouldn't have said it like that. Now I just sound rude and slightly suspicious. Let's change the topic. "I'm (y/n) (l/n). What's your name?"

He finished off the cookie he had and said, "My name's Saitama. I really could've sworn I've met you somewhere. Maybe it's just because I saw you on TV or something."

Maybe since he's insisting so much, he'll remember. "Well..." I trailed off and stared at his face before snapping my fingers, "Ah! I helped you pick out chicken at the market a few weeks ago." I overplayed that a little, but it's fine.

His hand hit his palm as he had an 'aha' moment. "Oh, right! I remember that. Thanks again. I saved some money thanks to you," he hummed.

I smiled, "Of course, I've gotta share the knowledge. Are you two heading to the Heroes Association after this? Or will you study up for that second mental test?"

"I guess we'll be going after this," Saitama responded nonchalantly. He had jeans and a hoodie on. I guess you could take the physical in that.

"I'd like to go as soon as we leave, as well. I'll be considered Saitama-Sensei's disciple after this!" Genos declared.

Saitama visibly started sweating after that. I chuckled to myself. It appears that Genos may have forced himself into Saitama's life from what I'm gathering. "Looks like you two should get going, then," I said while standing up. Genos nodded firmly while Saitama sighed. They both got up and I walked them to the door.

"Thanks for the cookies," Saitama said out as he walked out the door.

Genos turned around and gave me a slight bow when he was in the hallway. "Thank you for the information. We will report back after we get our licenses," he reported.

I gave him a two finger salute as I replied, "Yessir. I'll see you guys later."

~~~
The doorbell rang for the third time. I thought if I ignored them for long enough, they'd leave, but whoever's at the door is really pissing me off. I rolled off my bed and put on some pants before walking over to my front door. With a peek through the peephole, I could see one familiar face.
