New enemy.

A new day started but it stressed Y/n out. Her eyes were numb. 

Y/n arrived at the new work place, but it didn't feel the same as yesterday. The office was deadly silent. Hange was the first one waved at her and then the others. Y/n drew a smile on her face and waved back. She could feel the manager's glare on her, but she decided to hid it and just quickly sat down.

-Are you okay?- Hange asked, Connie also looked at her.

-Yes, I feel better then and I also had a good sleep lastnight.

-Hm.-Connie pouted.- But your eyes numb.

-Shh!- Hange knitted her brows at him.- shut up, Connie. It's just a normal phenomenon. She was tired lastnight so her eyes numbed.

-Oh, it took me time to understand. Sorry, Y/n.

-It's okay, it's okay. Better back to work guys.

Lunch time came, Hange with the other girls invite Y/n to a store nearby. Sitting at the chair, Mikasa push the noodle cup to Y/n. Hange drank her coffee, Sasha enjoyed her sandwich.

-What happened between you guy?- Sasha asked.

-Who?

-You and Levi the manager.-Mikasa asked.- He is not a out-going person but he wouldn't act that rude. I wonder what the hell was in his mind.

-Yeah, that shorty was so rude to a new girl. It was like he mocking her.-Hange said.-Freak, should I punch him? In his nose? Nah, or his teeth? Or should I kick between his legs?

-That will be crazy of you to do so.-Mikasa said.-However, he's gonna give you a hard time. But don't worried, we'll be by your side and help you when you need us.

-Thank you.- Y/n smiled, her heart felt like exploring. They were so warm. However, the war was just started. She'd gotta find out the reason why he hated her and solve it. 

It was time to go back to work and there was a freaking huge file laying on Y/n's table. It just liked a real mountain. A paper was glue on top of it. It was from the manager, of course, however, more worse thing was he wanted it to be done before tomorrow. Wtf? Such an evil.

One hour passed, two, three, four and five hours passed, Y/n could only solve a quarter of the work. It was too much, but she was just going to pass out.

-That shit really assigned you that much work. I've bought you dinner.- Hange said as she gave her a bento.

-Do you need help, Y/n-san?-Armin finally spoke up.

-Ah no, I could handle it. You guys also have project to do so I won't let mine bother you.

-But you don't think that's too much for a newbie? He's being weird and rude, lately.- Hange said.

-Nah, nevermind about it. Go home and relax, I'll finish it soon.

-Fine, then if you need something, call us.- They both left the room.

The work began again, soon it was late night and she only had one hour left to finish it. Fortunately, there was a little left. It started to rain outside, the room was dark except for the light on her table. Y/n felt a little sad, it liked she was an outsider. How could she be that lonely? But the red liquid dripped down from her nose pulled her back to the reality. Right, there was not much time.

Midnight, Levi received a mail of Y/n. He was surprised but showed no emotion. He turned to the woman, who was laying on the sofa.

-Do we have to do this? She hasn't done anything lately.

-It's what we need to do. Do you love me, Levi? Do you see what she did to me? How could you have faith in that evil?

-Alright, I'm sorry.- He sat down at the sofa, hugging her. Little did he know, she was smirking.-I'll do whatever you want just to do revenge for you.

-I know you love me.-She chuckled.- Handed her double work tomorrow.

-Yes, sleep tight!- The lady left the sofa and went straight to his room.

-Hey, hey wake up!- Y/n slowly opened her eyes, it was already morning. 

-Hello Sasha, Mikasa and Hange too.

-What are you doing here?-Sasha asked.

-Oh, it must be that piece of shit.- Hange cursed.- How was it?

-I could handle to submit it on time but it was late to go home so I stayed here.- Y/n stood up, holding her back.-Oh my God, my back's hurt.

-Jess, you even have blood on your table.- mikasa said as she cleaned the tissues on Y/n's table.-Are you sure that you're fine? Should we take you to the hospital?

-Nah! It's normal to me. I'm strong.

-Hey, Y/n-san, Levi is looking for you at the stair.-Armin walked in, looking sad.-Let me go with you.

-What for? I know he will give me more works for today. Nothing to be worried of.

-No it's....-Y/n left. Levi was waiting there. he pointed down the stairs when he saw her.

-What do you need, mister?

-There, bring that bottle to the office.

Y/n stared at the water bottle, that was bullshit, it was a 20 litres bottle and it was filled with water.

-Hell! There are Armin and Connie in there and even you. How can I do this? What is this order? There wasn't any in the contract that I have to carry a freaking big and heavy bottle upstairs. I don't get paid for that.

-Talkative! Do it otherwise you'll lose your job.

-I'll do it.- Y/n picked the bottle on, it could easily knock her down. The girl gritted her teeth and difficultly stepped up the stairs. It was far then, but she couldn't lose the job. She had friends here. The bottle was gently put down, the woman sat down on the floor, held her shoulder. It was hurt af.- Are you satisfied now?

-Not until you solve all the files have been sent?

-Wait, what?- Y/n opened her phone, a mail was delivered, she opened it, eyes widened. It was doubled than yesterday. The manager had left already, she felt ashamed and frustrated at the same time but all she could do was crying alone in the restroom. Again.
