*****************************************Veniel and Lee Soo Kyung, Go Eun's high school friends, visited her at her house with Min Ho before Christmas.

Despite the modern era, it was still quite uncommon for couples to live together in Korea. It's normal for couples to spend a night at a hotel, or stay together during the weekends. But to live together before marriage was rare, unless your wedding was only a few months away.

So when Go Eun decided to cohabit with Min Ho, her friends were all surprised.

"It's hard to meet. It's really, really hard. Not because our schedules, but also because he's too famous. Some people like me as well–"

"More than some, Go Eun-ah," Veniel cut her loyally, "You're also a famous star!"

"Well, more than some people like me as well, but it's easier for me to blend in with the crowd. I still can go unnoticed outside, if I wear a mask. But he can't. None of us could stand just meeting each other once a month. Cohabiting is really the best way to stay together, and I'm not ready to marry him yet. So, this is the best solution."

Her friends were surprised that she'd be willing to live together with Min Ho. But he begged for it, and she, too, needed to see him regularly to feed her body and soul.

She seemed very happy and radiant that year, so perhaps it was her relationship that made her that lovely.

To get an invitation to their love nest was another surprise. They thought that she would meet them at her own apartment. But apparently not.

Of course, they were curious. How would Go Eun and Min Ho look as a cohabiting couple?

They were so nervous that they agreed to arrive together in a taxi.

"Maybe he left already. You know, it will make everything less awkward."

"Really? But he just finished filming his new drama for the year. Wouldn't he want to be at home? Didn't Go Eun say he had to rest because of his feet?"

They pressed the bell on the front gate, and Go Eun's voice greeted them. "Girls, I've unlocked the gate. You can just go to the front door."

What made them even more shocked was that it was Lee Min Ho himself who opened the door.

"Annyeong. Come in. She's in the kitchen. I told her to just buy lunch, but she insist to cook for you. How is it going?"

"W-we're good," Veniel answered.

"I'll show you the way."

It was a classic, old detached house. Go Eun told them that Min Ho bought the house around a decade ago in a bargain price, since the old couple that owned the house was eager to get some money and move to the U.S. with their children.
