The trouble with people is that they don't realize
That beauty and perfection lies in their eyes
And their heads get so big
And their minds get so little
Soon all they care about are things that are trivial
And when they begin to ponder more marvelous things
They think themselves as high as kings
And their heads get so big
And their minds get so tiny
All that leaves their mouth is irrelevant and whiny
The trouble with some folks is that they just talk
Endlessly, mindlessly, they stare and they gawk
And their heads get so big
And their minds get so small
That sometimes I fear they know nothing at all
So let this be a lesson before you go out
Think before you speak, and know what you care about
And keep your head small
And your mind spacious
And always be humble, for humble is gracious
