Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

  Y/N wakes with a start, sitting up fast and forgetting she had the top bunk, she slams her head into the metal ceiling making a dull resonating thud. She slumps back down into her bed groaning as she grabs her forehead. She hears rustling in the room, if the other three weren't awake before, they are now. She had been with the Sheep for a week and a half, but her spatial awareness for the base had not caught up.

From below she hears Reiko yawn, "You okay up there?"

"Yes, just not used to sleeping so far up."

"you'll get used to it eventually"

"Hopefully sooner rather than later."

Y/N recovers from hitting her head and descends to the floor of the room, she brushes her hair out with her fingers and slips her shoes on. Since she joined the Sheep they haven't had any major tasks for her to do, she had been doing things around the base to help keep it livable, she worried when they would send her to do something that required more skill then she possessed. While these thoughts run through her head she leaves the room and heads to the "kitchen". The "kitchen" was a few cabinets filled with non-perishable food, both stolen and paid for, a fridge that contained some fresh food and a few drinks, and a portable cook top someone had swiped from a department store. There was a sink in the corner for water and washing the few dishes they had, Y/N grabs a paper cup from a nearby cabinet and gets some water from the sink. Reiko comes into the kitchen around ten minutes later and gets a cup of water, at this point Y/N had located a granola bar and started eating it, Reiko leans on the wall near where she is and takes a drink.

"Today, we have a special task for you." Reiko says with a smile.

"What kind of task?"

"A task that both is a task and isn't a task."

"Reiko that doesn't make any sense."

"It will soon."

"Don't be cryptic."

"Why not, I think it makes me sound cool." She said pouting

"It absolutely doesn't," Y/N flashes back with a smile.

"How dare you I'm very cool," Reiko chuckles. "any way, meet me at the door when you're finished in here."

"Alright." she says before taking a bite of her granola bar.

Reiko leaves the kitchen to prepare for whatever she has planned for the day leaving Y/N alone again. She takes the time to finish her food and get another cup of water, downing the water and disposing of the cup in a nearby trash can, heading out of the kitchen and making her way to the common area where Reiko would be waiting for her. When she enters the common room her eyes find the door, to her surprise it's not just Reiko waiting by the door but two others as well, a younger boy with long brown hair reaching his shoulder blades, Y/N had seen him around before but didn't know his name. The other person was Nakahara, he and Reiko are deep in conversation when the young boy catches sight of Y/N and waves her over enthusiastically.

"L/N, L/N over here," the boy exclaims.

At this both Reiko and Nakahara look over at her too, Reiko Smiled warmly, "there you are, we were just talking about you."

"Me? What about me?"

"Don't worry about that now, we'll get to it later." Nakahara says, "for now, Reiko and Takara are going to show you our store houses and the areas where you should be safe from enemy attack."

"Enemy attack, do the Sheep have that many enemies?"

"We have conflicts with the Port Mafia and GSS on a semi-regular bases." Reiko says grimly.
