The streets 234 feet below her burst with life as people, who look like ants, roam the busy streets of New York. Cars beep their horns and drivers react in road rage while Cheryl sips from her coffee cup.

She loves looking out of her office window at the busy New Yorker ecosystem below. The view makes her feel important and big. As if she is on top of the world.

Plus, her office is her favorite place. She'd get married in here if it was up to her.

A sudden knock reverberates through the room causing her to turn around with a sigh. "Come in!" she permits, setting her 'words best CEO' mug onto her desk to fix her yellow blazer. One of her employees gifted the mug for her birthday.

She uses it every chance that she gets.

Her assistant, Jane, peeks her blonde head into the room. "There is a delivery here for you. Would you like for me to bring it in?"

Cheryl raises her eyebrow in slight confusion. She isn't expecting anything. And the magazine copies haven't been produced yet, so it's not that.

"Yes, please, thank you, Jane." her curiosity gets the best of her. Jane disappears behind the door for a moment and then reappears with a flower bouquet.

A dozen daisies. Her favorite flowers.

She offers Jane a thankful nod and the latter quickly exits the room. Her green eyes scan over the beautifully arranged bouquet and she picks up the little card between one of the stems.

I can't wait to see you later. I hope you still love daisies. TT♡

Cheryl smiles at the little heart doted at the end. Toni sent her flowers, her heart melts a little.

The brunette has been proven herself the past two days. Of course, it's the bare minimum due to the short period of time, but the fashion designer has sometimes found herself extremely smitten under the woman's spell.

She's beginning to see the Toni Topaz she fell in love with two years ago.

The woman pulls out her chair and takes a seat behind her desk to retrieve her phone from the drawer. She unlocks it with her face and goes to find Toni's contact to shoot her a text.
