mission: score the tap was a huge success. dionne had dressed leia up in some of her clothes and put some makeup on the girls youthful face to make her look older which worked out great since mama didn't question leia for even a second.

the group stood on top of the old water tower drinking their celebratory beers.

"to leia, the mama slayer!" gwen shouted shoving her beer can up in the air in victory.

"to leia!" everyone cheered along.

"and to dionne. for making me look ten years older than what i am."

dionne smiled leaning into jay who threw an arm around her neck to help keep her warm.

"to dionne!" they cheered.

"we really couldn't have gotten the tap without you, you know." jay says once they moved away from the group a little more.

dionne shrugs her shoulders. "what can i say? i'm amazing."

"i know that's right." jay nods his head taking another sip. "you're the most amazing girl i've ever met, you know that." he says, not even trying to hide the fact he was admiring her every feature.

"aww jay i wish all guys were as sweet and sensitive like you." dionne says and sends him one last smile before making her way over to gwen letting her know it was best that they headed home now.

jay looked at the shooting star and decided to make a wish. "i wish dionne would love me as much as i love her."

nikki furrowed her eyebrows overhearing and looked at where he was staring at, "you know that's a firework, right."

jay did a double take and his face immediately flushed in embarrassment. "oh."

"don't worry bro." nate says slapping his hand on his back, "i thought it was a shooting star too."

the next day, dionne was over at the foreman's house once again. she and kitty liked watching cheesy rom coms and baking together from time to time.

"hey." leia says walking into the kitchen with jay. "me and my friends are going up to the lake."

dionne continued mixing the batter as kitty finished up her grocery list.

"hold on." red says holding a hand out and looking at jay, "who are you?"

"i'm jay." he responds with a bright smile, "-jay kelso."

red immediately shakes his head putting down his coffee cup and newspaper down on the table. "no!" he exclaims, "uh-uh! no way!"

dionne gasped jumping once a tall man barged inside, "burn!" he shouts with a joyous laugh.

"ahh! see you met my boy here, huh? look at this guy. look at him." jay's dad says hugging his son tightly. "look, he's got his dad's looks and his moms brains."

dionne raises an eyebrow and tilts her head. "wow jay you didn't tell me how...hot your dad is." she says letting out a low whistle.
