Barry (Voiceover): Oliver Queen, he was the original Arrow. Five years in hell forged him into a weapon, the same experience that I now have lived through which I use to honor Oliver. He first used it to honor his father. Mine, well mine is rotting away in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Though I wont be fully focused on yet. The Queen's wealth which I now have inherited has been built on the suffering of others. That Robert Queen fails Star City.  Now it's up to me to right their wrongs, prepare myself and those around me for the battles yet to come. For that I had to be someone else.

Ext. Rooftop-Night

Arrow is standing on the roof as men start running after him.

Marcus Redman: Who's that?

Man 2: Where did he come from?

Arrow fights three men and wins, wile three others watch

Man 3: What's going on here?

Shouting. Arrow fires an arrow at one of the three  men pinning him at the shirt.

Marcus Redman: Get the chopper back now.

Arrow shoots an arrow to pin one of the Original men.

Marcus Redman: Who's this guy?

Arrow shoots another man,  and then punches him with the bow.

Marcus Redman: Whoa, whoa, whoa! Please, wait, wait!

Arrow backs Marcus Redman against the edge of the building  pinning him to the wall with two arrows holding him up.

Marcus Redman: No? No, please! No, please, please!

Arrow: Cell phone, inside pocket, call your partner. Tell him to give those pensioners back their money.

Arrow loads his bow

Marcus: Oh, please don't

Arrow: Do it now.

Marcus: Okay.

Arrow jumps off of the ventilator fan and walks off.

Int. Queen Mansion

Barry walks into the sitting room where Moria is sitting on the couch with Walter standing behind the couch and Thea standing next to the couch.

Newscaster: Over the past 15 years, Mr. Redman has withdrawn more than 30 million dollars from the plants account. Mr. Redman claims refunding the Halcyon pension plan has always been his interest. But sources say Redman was coerced by the vigilante.

Barry: This guy gets more air-time then the Kardashians, right?

Thea: Five years on an island and you still know who they are.

Barry: I've been catching up. It's nice to see how much our culture has improved wile I was away.

Moira: No, the city used to be different. People used to feel safe.

Thea: Oh, what's the matter, Mom? Afraid we're gonna be next?

Walter: Do you have any questions about today, Barry? It's a simple proof-of-life declaration.

Moira stands up and Walter straightens his suit jacket.

Walter: Just read out a brief, prepared statement to the judge, and then your death-in-absentia judgment will be voided.
