The Odyssey

Barry (V.O.): In the year 2019, seven years from now, me and my friends faced a crisis that ended the multiverse. Oliver Queen; the green arrow, sacrifice his life to reboot the universe to give me a second chance. I am reliving Oliver's life after Lian Yu, which is mandarin  for purgatory. He wants me to keep his family safe, to save the multiverse, although I can't do it without a harem. To do this I must become what Oliver denied he was for years....

Queen Consolidated - Night

Moira: I'll need the Unidac merger finalized by the end of the week. We're on something of a clock here.

Suddenly The Hood crashed through the window. He landed in a roll, coming up to take out one of the guards. He attacked the second bodyguard as the executives fled, knocking him out with a vicious uppercut. The Hood Spun and fired an arrow at the desk lamp, destroying the bulb and sending the office into darkness. He knocked another arrow and held it pointed at Moira's heart.

Arrow: Moira Queen, you have failed this city.

(Moira stood, terrified, behind her desk. In desperation she lunged for the phone, which The Hood shot off of her desk)

Arrow: Stand still!

Moira: Please don't kill me.

Arrow: Do you know anything about your husband's disappearance?

Moira: What?!

Arrow: Is Walter Steel still alive?!

Moira: I don't know where my husband is. I swear.

Arrow: Do you know anything about the Undertaking? (Moira turned and grabbed something off the shelf behind her) I said don't move!

(Moira fell to her knees, holding a picture of himself and Thea in front of her like a shield)

Moira (Terrified): I'm-I'm a mother. I have a daughter, her name is Thea. (Barry stared at her, his face hidden from her view by the hood) She's just a teenager. Please don't take me from my daughter. She already lost her brother and her father. She can't lose me, too. Please, whoever you are, please.

(Barry let out a slow breath)

Arrow: Okay. (He slowly lowered his bow) I'm not going to hurt you.

That was a mistake. Moira dropped the picture and turned, sliding up a panel on the hutch behind her. She grabbed the gun that was inside and spun again, opening fire.

Barry, taken completely by surprise, went down with a bullet in his shoulder. The gun emptied, Moira dropped the gun and dug through her purse for her phone. Pulling it out, she dialed Securities number.

Moira (Into phone): This is Moira Queen, I'm on the 39th floor, I need help. There's an intruder. Please!

(Hanging up, Moira rose slowly and peered over the top of the desk- But the Hood was gone, leaving behind only a large bloodstain)

Parking Garage - Night

Down in the parking garage, Felicity Smoak walked towards her Mini after a long day in the I.T. Department.

(She got in her car and started it, but when she turned to look behind her to back out of the spot, she received the shock of her life)

Felicity (Startled):  Ohh!

(She looked at The Hood's bloody form lying on the rear floorboards)

Arrow:  I'm not going to hurt you, Felicity.
