Barry (V.O.): In the year 2019, seven years from now, me and my friends faced a crisis that ended the multiverse. Oliver Queen; the green arrow, sacrifice his life to reboot the universe to give me a second chance. I am reliving Oliver's life after Lian Yu, which is mandarin for purgatory. He wants me to keep his family safe, to save the multiverse, although I can't do it without a harem. To do this I must become what Oliver denied he was for years....

Queen Mansion - Night

A lavish business party was being thrown. Isabel Rochev stood in the foyer to greet guests, while inwardly she seethed over the absence of one person- Barry. Her eyes narrowed as Felicity walked quickly towards her.

Felicity: Mr. Allen's going to be late. He's extremely sorry. It couldn't be helped.

Isabel: Where is he?

Felicity: Um...

Docks - Night

Down at the docks, several gangbangers armed with assault rifles were firing up at the roof where the Arrow stood. The vigilante fired back, taking out one before he was forced to move to seek cover.

Gangbanger 1: Over there!

Gangbanger 2: Where, man?!

(He hosed the roof with bullets)

Gangbanger 1: Right there, man!

Queen Mansion - Night

Felicity smiled nervously.

Felicity: Just got a little held up. You know, tying up some loose ends.

Docks - Night

Barry fired a bola arrow at one thug. The wire wrapped around his ankles, allowing Barry to hoist him up over a gantry. As he swung upside down, he watched as The Arrow fired another arrow at one of the fleeing gang bangers, also ensnaring his ankles.

Queen Mansion - Night

Felicity: I'm actually in direct contact with him now. Let me-let me check.

She walked away from Isabel and activated her Bluetooth, then gave a startled gasp at the sound of automatic gunfire.

Docks - Night

At the docks, Barry took aim at the last Gang banger, who wisely dropped his gun and took off.

Arrow: Where are you getting the guns?

Gangbanger: Are you going to kill me? Get it over with.

(Barry knocked him out with a single punch, then activated his com-link)

Arrow (Into comlink): Dig. Took down two more gangbangers. They were armed with fully automatic M4A1 assault rifles.

Diggle (Over comlink): M4A1s are military grade weapons. Stolen, most likely.

Arrow (Into comlink): Stolen from where?

Diggle (Over comlink): Well, we can look into that after your party.

(Barry paused, looking confused)

Arrow (Into comlink, confused): What party?
